    Nice trips. What would be considered "high" incline? 30-45°? The incline benches at gyms are basically just like sitting upright and it becomes all shoulders for me using those

      High incline is above 45 degrees. This is where the pec activiation starts to become minimized where the anterior delt activation starts to be maximized.

      If you are practically vertical with a high incline or just do strict standing press, then you can get a lot of medial delt work; almost as much as you do for the anterior delts.
