After fasting and cardio of swimming/walks, and digging into self development protocols as forms of therapy- I've had tremendous life gains. Lost a hundred pounds, still doing wagie work but getting an online cert to do wfh salaried jobs. Plus, I'll have more time to pursue new hobbies. Currently learning more about bodybuilding lifting routines. Going to my local ymca gym, but building up a home gym. Wildest improvement has been libido. I honestly always thought I was asexual, but I guess fixing my hormones plus mentality in general, has uncovered a raging libido. Never really even went through a boycrazy phase during puberty. It's obnoxious now. Like I read about how guys get with increased test, and it feels about the same for me. Cooming multiple times a day, have had to rub myself off while standing in bathroom stalls. Having to wear pantyliners because I'm sliming undies. Carrying extra undies in purse just in case. Feeling veganal walls twitching when I'm around guys I'm attracted to, breasts aching. It's all seriously been nearly debilitating and I'm wondering if I can take a supplement or medication to ease these symptoms. It's embarrassing. I don't want to just give in and be a degen that does casual flings. I'm still sorting myself out so that I can be a worthwhile long-term monogamous partner to a worthwhile man someday. I suppose I'm glad that my healthier fitness lifestyle changes have done so much to improve my quality of life, and this issue is normal for what I hope to have in the not too distant future. It's just more to harness discipline in. I wish there were more self development figures out there for women, that aren't toxic exactly. So much of that topic is all by men for men.
