Monday:
1) 30/12/3.5 (30 minutes/ 12 incline/ 3.5 speed) treadmill
2) BW squat 3x20
3) Reverse crunches 4x10
Wednesday:
1)30/12/3.5
2) dumbbell curls 2x10
3) Bulgarian split squats 4x12
Friday:
1) Knee Pushups 3xAmrap
2) Any exercise person likes
3) Reverse crunches 3x12
This program isnt good for anyone into working out this is what I gave my gf and family who wanted to get into working out since they all have basically the same goals of being skinny and having abs and ass and this perfectly suits that

Cycle of var. Small, like 10mg a day. 20 mins of cardio a day plus 4-5 high rep days. You won't put on much muscle but will burn a ton of fat.
