Heavy and slow eccentrics with minimal concentric effort. Only way to fix tendon issues effectively from my experience. Find a stair step or something else equally raised off the ground and do a calf raise with both feet. Raise one foot so you only have one foot on the stair edge and over 8-10 seconds slowly lower into a deep stretched position. Once you reach the end of the ROM that your ankle allows raise back up again using both feet. Do the same slow eccentric method for the other foot now. Swap back and forth until you hit 10 reps per side. Rest for a few minutes until you feel like you can do it again then repeat for a total of 3 sets. Perform this daily to every other day depending on if your calves are sore or not from this. I fricked my elbows a long time ago and had to research into the experimental side of physical therapy to heal the tendons and ligaments in my elbows. I found some research that was about 20 years ahead of the curve and this was the most effective method for targeting the tendons in particular. Best of luck healing dude.

Collagen and vitamin C in the form of citric acid have the most short term benefit for tendon healing. Taking them separately doesn't do much but together they work really well. For long term joint health you want to take a sulfur based supplement like MSM powder. It tastes horrible but sulfur based supplements are the best for healing the joints without something extreme like a dextrose solution or peptide injection. Curcumin with black pepper extract is also a good choice for a supplement if you have chronic joint problems. Curcumin absorbs horribly by itself but when paired with black pepper extract its bioavailability jumps 50 fold.

Ill ad to what he said about supplements. Tendons do not get their nutrients form bloodflow, they get their nutrients and heal by absorbing/expelling synovial fluid when they contract and relax much the same as a sponge. So the trick to getting nutrients into them is to take your supplements before exercise and to drink lots of water. It also might be the case that you're never relaxing your calf muscles properly so the tendon can never get that fluid in there.

Get a good orthotic that will force you calf muscles to relax. Go hiking with heavy weight a lot. Get it out of your head, a big part of tendonitis is your brain focusing on the pain because you've grown a bunch of nerves there after the initial injury and they keep sending a signal because that's all they know how to do. Get an ultrasound of it, they will likely tell you there is nothing there and that will help you mentally get over it. If there is something there then do the heavy slow eccentrics.

1) Take 15-20g of collagen, 1H before any workout or rehab involving legs. Collagen synthesis upregulates to something like 120x after exercise. Tendons act like sponge, when they contract they squeeze out fluid and pull fluid back in when they relax. This is why you should have collagen preworkout, you want those peptides in the blood when your tendons are working.
2) Look up anything by Zac Cupples on this topic. It's probably positional/movement related for why you developed this in the first place.
3) BPC-157. Try 1&2 before you go injecting shit, it's very difficult to verify peptide quality
The cool thing about BPC-157 is that you don't even have to inject it. It's one of the few peptides that works just as well taken orally because the un-isolated version occurs naturally in your stomach. It ends up working systemically. If you're using experimental peptides you might as well get max benefit.
