I didn't know what exrx is until you mentioned it. Thank you. I just need something I can add heavy weight to to generally work my quads and that general push chain that isn't squats because I hate squats.
Lunges technically aren't squats, so that'd be choice #1. But if you hate squats, you probably hate lunges too.
Which basically just leaves machine extensions and plyometrics.
If you can't stomach plyo either, you're basically fucked - at that point, just bike at max resistance or do stairmaster or whatever partially-strength-based cardio shit. Your legs won't grow much, but you'll at least get marginally stronger as you turn the resistance up.
As an addendum, it might be worth your time to figure out WHAT, specifically, you don't like about squats.
A mobility issue, for instance, could be solved by wedges.
Joint pain could be solved by backing off the weight and working on your technique.
A general feeling that it's "too intense" would probably mean your cardio can't keep up, so some HIIT or Sprints would help.

Have you tried using wedges or putting your heels on a plate? Squat variants like front squats? Different barbells styles, if you have them available?
Sounds like a mobility issue to me, and that can usually be solved by doing a different kind of squat.

I don't terribly mind front or zercher squats but I always end up on my toes so maybe the wedge thing is necessary. I think I'll try that when I go in tomorrow thanks.
Listen touhougay, leg extensions drop set of death + 10 partials + 30s hold at the end while your boyfriend pushes down the pad.
Always finish with that one, it's risk free, drives massive ammount of blood to your quads and will make you cry.
Also bulgarian split dropset.
Also just use a hack squat, I don't like or do regular squats at all but on a hack squat? I can go crazy, do dropsets on that TOO.
