    Rest is useless, no one cares about back unless ur a twink or something getting railed from behind. Still workout back because I wanna fly away w/ my lats. Legs are tier garbage and a waste of a workout day, just need to keep them proportional

      a super strong lean back is PEAK aesthetics

      put it this way if i could choose 1 muscle group to be VERY fit while every other was just "average fit" i'd pick back (or abs) any day
