    >in the current year
    >be autism
    >use chronometer
Well, it's confirmed. What other free apps are good, of not that one?

trust me I want to like it because its UI is very pretty, especially showing progress towards macro goals but like I said the food library fricking blows, anything I've ever scanned in I've needed to edit, and editing is a monstrous pain from what I remember because the options for altering portion size/food weight is intuitive and buggy.

LoseIt was the best for having a fairly competent food library and when it was inaccurate it had the most pain free editing system, plus you could have local entries or share to all users. But I refuse to support an app on principle that paywalls features that were previously free

        >anything I've ever scanned in I've needed to edit,
Why would you scan your food?
There are hundreds of accurate options to select from just by searching.

    >want to lose weight
    >let yourself feel hungry for a while before eating
    >want to gain weight
    >eat even when you don't feel particularly hungry
what sort of failed human being needs an app to do this for them? lol

you realize staples such as chicken breast and thighs, ground beef, frozen fruits, frozen veggies, oats, rice, all come in packaging with bar codes, right? or are you from one of those shithole countries where everything is dirty and outside packaging?
