I've seen a lot of people say they work out first thing in the morning before breakfast, but I just can't do it. Need at least 500 calories in me if I don't want to feel exhausted, even if it's junk food like a meal bar or bacon I think it's better than nothing.
Imo the best is eggs and milk though
Nothing because I get sick if I work out on a full stomach. Your body uses energy to digest food so you have less energy to work out with.
Any quick digesting carb.

For me it's a sticky load from my bf. He likes gulping my load before he hits the gym too. Try it anon!
wait frick this just made me realise, am i supposed to drink the coffee before or after my pre workout meal?
Preferably after. The food will take a good hour to start digesting, whereas a coffee will get into the system in 30 mins
