        None of your exercises are conducive to fat loss malding fat frick. You need to light jog or double the amount of walking you do. 12,000-15,000 steps per day. Stop doing sprinting you need prolonged periods of zone 2 cardio.

        And stop b***hing and moaning about “starving yourself” i have lost 30lbs since the summer and I still eat In n Out regularly. You’re just too fat, arrogant and stupid to count calories or research how to lose fat.
