    Skinny
Skinnyfat is the hardest to escape and the transformation looks least impressive - especially with a shirt on.
    Ask me how I know.

    imo

    1. skinny because around 10% bf has highest test levels. An immediate bulk until 18% bodyfat over 1-2 years will gain at least 10kg of muscle for most

    2. fat I place second because fat people know how to eat well and already have lots of muscle from just walking around being 100kg or whatever. Bulk a bit more and really gain some even muscle then a long consistent cut will show all the muscle hidden beneath.

    3. skinnyfat takes the longest imo because psychologically they take ages to choose if they wanna bulk or cut, they also arent heavy enough to get big quads from simply existing, they usually have the most shit diets (fat people often eat lots of protein but skinnyfat people eat lots of sugar and carbs) so they need a diet change AND to choose if they bulk or cut WHILE having as shit T levels as fat people.

They don't have a lot of muscle. Fats actually have no more muscle than the average skinnyfat.

fair enough, I dont know enough fat or skinnyfat people to care about which one is harder. I'll take your word for it. Just eat lots of good food, lift, then months later when you're too fat eat less food but good food, lift. It's not complex but it is difficult.

      This,

We might quibble over whether fats or skinny fats have it harder - real big fats have to deal with terrible skin problems that may never go away and always make it real hard to ever get bigger, but its really potato-potahtoe

fat people don't have muscle, just look at a photo of a fat dude before and after, and their droopy bodies look like shit never take their shirts off. speaking from experience the skinnier I got from 300lbs all that happened was I got more skinny fat despite lifting. skinny dudes are always the ones that actually become aesthetic, it's literally a straight path as a skinny dude just bulk, and a fat dude has to get skinny and then bulk ontop of that.

also the fat guy usually has to spend years just to get out of the cutting phase, and not to mention always have eating issues like yoyoing, it's something as a fatty you'll have to fight for years after. what a skinny just has to lift and eat alot for a year, no loose skin issues, no real dieting required, probably doesn't have issues eating alot after their stomach is stretched out and they're use to it.

Skinny BY FAR. The MOST important thing to "make it" is have low bodyfat. The actual amount of lean body mass required is ridiculously low. If you are skinny and you just lean bulk and never bloatmaxx, maintain around that bodyfat% you can make it in 1 year easily. If you are fat/skinnyfat even it can take a year to just lose the weight. And lifting on a deficit fricking sucks. And most people just straight up never get ripped. Its not easy, they are in a permanent cycle around that 28% then they suicide cut and maybe reach 14-16% and still dont have abs and then they rebound and go for another bulk etc.

Guys, I've something to admit. I've been here for years, but I don't know what "making it" actually is. I saw it all the time, but when have you actually "made it"? How do you know if you've "made it"?

Some foid approaches you and agrees to gobble your goo based solely on your physical appearance. That's when you know you've made it.
