It turns out solving fitness was a lot simpler than we believed.
You literally don't need more.

Nice try, powershitter
Poorgay cope. The thread.
You really don't need more than kettlebells and they even let you skip the gym membership and own your weights for cheap.
Besado kettlebell enjoyer
Do your kettlebell exercises, Comrade!
This, if you just want to be in decent shape you don't need much more, if you can do 100 swings with a 32kg bell in 10 minutes you already mog 90% people you will ever meet, people are just so fricking fat, weak and lazy.
If you want to get seriously big though you do need more varied and heavier weights.
>Rings
based
>Kettlebells
useless, get a barbell and some disks instead.
You literally don't post body. Every bodyweight gay I know is dyel as shit.
>Body weight
>Kettlebells
Why are roid trannies so stupid?
Why do you fantasize men using steroids and acting like women? Fricking homosexual.
>implying using 32kg kettlebells(less than half of your bodyweight) doesn't makes you a dyel
How do you do iron cross with kb?
What calisthenics work should I be proficient with before rings?
Nothing really. Just know your limits. Don't try anything stupid (iron cross, handstands, or even muscle ups) or you risk shoulder injury, or worse.
Work below the rings. Pull-ups or Australian pull-ups if you can't do pull-ups. Once you're comfortable with below the rings you can try to ease your way to above the rings work. Start with the support hold position but be careful. Injuries are a serious possibility when you get above the rings
Bro, iron crosses are great. Just don't do the ring ones without proper coordination, stick to the kettlebells on that one for a while.
May I introduce my home-baked exercise: The Kettlebell Fling. It's like a kettlebell swing but you just launch that fricker into sand and/or your neighbours lawn
So like a keg toss
Lol ok but at least show a proper and complete routine as an example
who said it wasn't?

this thread is too good for too shit of a board
Can I gain 65 lbs of muscle with these?
I am 6'1 and 165.
aesthetics is all about isolations aka low weight high rep so yes you can
Adjustable dumbbells and a dip belt instead of kettle bells and then we're talking
I'm getting rings.
rings yes, kettlebells no
maybe im moronic but ive never done a kettlebell leg exercise that hasnt fatigued my front delts before my legs. swings are alright but if ur not completely dyel u need like a 50kg+ kettlebell
>but if ur not completely dyel u need like a 50kg+ kettlebell
nobody does
this is already powertard zone
nobody besides egolifters are using 50kg+ dbs, and 50kg+ kbs are much harder to handle than dbs
smells like larp
If you want hard to handle without fatiguing your arms, take a stab at smooth weights. Absolutely wrecks your hands after a few high velocity exercises.
Because of the moment arm from having an offset handle, 48kg is pretty beastly for a kettlebell. Yes, monster bells exist, but 48 is really a good weight to aspire to. Even dan John recommends a range from 24 to 32 for most people.
>swings are alright but if ur not completely dyel u need like a 50kg+ kettlebell
If you can easily handle 32kg you are already strong and mog most normies, 48 is powelifter territory for kbs.
What about TRX vs Rings? Anyone have an opinion on that?
I rip a 30lb kettlebell, but should I buy a bigger one to work up to? Or should I just do more reps with the smaller? Thanks
>trx
Isn't its the same thing, just more expensive and with different handles?
Look up for the ones with semi-decent looking buckles. I had the $35 rings from aliexpress for 3 years already, only the strap got somewhat worn out at the sides in several places where it contacts with mount point.
>rafters in my garage
If you can do pull-ups without them bending or showing any signs of weakness, it should be fine.
Although I'd be cautious about adding weights.
I want to start doing ring pullups but I have nowhere to hang them
can I hang them from the rafters in my garage?
also I'm afraid of getting cheap ones that might break while I'm using them, but don't want to spend $100 on the gucci brand ones
Hang them outside, fren
I don't have anywhere outside to hang them
>can I hang them from the rafters in my garage?
Sure, and basic but sturdy rings won't be all that expensive, ~30$ should cover it easily. Just pay attention that they're wood with metal buckles and decent straps.
