>don't want to stop when I start >wake up drunk, still get to work and get through shift
Yeah I have a problem now, way too easy to binge half the night and not feel too had in the morning.
>work from home >drink every night >every morning is a blur >work does not feel real
its actually amazing, gets rid of my most hated part of the day. sober up later and start the day after work
I have never gotten drunk. I have NEVER drunk any alcohol except one half full glass of champagne every New Year's eve with my parents. And i drank a shit of Jagermeister on my 18th birthday. Yes, i am a virgin. Yes, i have never touched a woman.
Binge drinking is fun once in a while like on vacation. I came back from a 3 week vacation to japan and put on 8 lbs of fat back in april. Just only got back to around 13-14% bf this week too
I'm an alcoholic. I used to drink most days of a week, though never too much to stop me from being a functioning one.
Ever since I started exercising I knew alcohol was nerfing me - if you drink the day before you're not as strong, if you drink the day after the recovery is not as good. The want to be fit ruined my binge drinking hobby completely so now I only drink once a week max, sometimes once every 2 weeks.
It's actually incredible how much better you feel without alcohol in your system. I feel like I'm 20% stronger without it. I never planned to stop drinking but it is what it is. My only fear is I'll pick my old hobby up if I ever stop lifting.
i had three martinis last night and I've felt like shit all day
drinking once you're past 25 isn't fun anymore.
>three martinis last night and I've felt like shit all day
homosexual
so like 6oz of vodka?
Are you short or something?
You might have an issue with your liver or you're severely underweight since that amount is literally nothing.
Dude I had jeger shots until midnight/1am last night and got up at 6 30 to go to work and I was just tired
I'm 28
Lol I'm 30 and drink a lot and the worst I feel is dehydrated
>I'm 28
I'm 35 and drink a pint of rum most nights with zero hangovers. fix your diet or your supplement stack
i binge drank for two weeks straight whilst on leave. by the end i had chronic heartburn, couldnt sleep, and rarely even felt drunk
Alcohol loses its charm quickly, look at the crime stats in relation to alcohol usage. Hangovers kill productivity
>must be productive for Mr Shekelstein! Very importante!!

Champagne is actually the lowest calorie alcohol, even lower than straight vodka and whiskey.

>mfw after one sip of beer
I just try to stay away for a while...
Anyone else here never drank alchohol?
I wish. I needed to fit in in my early 20's, and it sort of fricked up my life a little bit.
frick that. it's fun when you're 20. if you are 30 and can't find something more interesting to do you're pathetic.
This, I switched to cocaine and have way more fun now
