It's this one you should be worried about, when i was 18 i checked my blood pressure and was like 130/90, doctor told me to do a few check and ended up finding out i have kidney problems (not failure, but they are both like 1/3 dead). Ask for a generic blood test and go from there
Nothing to worry about imo. When I was bulking my blood pressure was like 150/100 every night.. I was fine and still am. Lower your salt consumption maybe
When I measure at home my blood pressure is usually pretty good, I got 113/76 last time, but when I go to the doctor to get it measured it's like over 160, they even did a bunch of blood tests and urine tests and all that and there is literally nothing wrong with me. Could it be just social anxiety?

Yes, same happened to me the first few times, keep a diary to give them when that happen, if they see only that day you have high blood pressure they know it's no big deal
High BP is no joke. If you’re over 120 systolic or 80 diastolic, you need to do some cardio. Even 80 minutes of intense cardio a week can help you reach a healthy bp

It's not good on the long run anon, by having such a high pressure you hurt all of your organs, maybe you don't see it now but later in life you will
I did feel strong as shit with high BP tho. Anyways I really think it was just the excessive salt consumption during the bulk causing that.
You can drink a frickton of water to offset that, do you drink coffee and smoke? It could be that aswell
coffee yeah. I stopped coffee for a while but man working out is just on a whole different level when you consume caffeine before the workout..
Quit nicotine. I did and all of my issues are reversing. Blood pressure went from around 140/90 down to 120/80.
