        high protein in urine

it does stink but i’m waking up numerous times a night and i only eat 160g of protein a day

Pissing is meaningless. Unless it has some weird color. Likely it is closer to water because you are drinking a lot of water, because you eat too much salt.

You actually remind me of that girl who wouldn't eat anything but chicken nuggets. She got really tired because she had no nutrition.

it’s usually really clear but when i drink less it goes yellow, i just hate the frequency at which i’m pissing

Lmao my blood sugar is 140 when fasting, type 1 diabetes fricking sucks.

aw man. i feel for you, i thought i for sure had diabetes because i never have any energy and i’m always pissing but my fasted glucose tests are always under 90

Could be a prostate issue, if you're male, which I assume you are. Your urine production could be at normal levels but you have to piss a lot because your prostate cuts off the flow before you're done, meaning your bladder never fully empties. Happens to all men unfortunately but usually not until we get old.

What happens if your just don't drink water all day, does the flow eventually run out or does it continue?

waking up multiple times a night having to piss is a sign of sleep apnea. Something about not getting enough oxygen makes you piss, can't remember what exactly it is.

              Anonymous

This. It’s sleep apnea. Doctors are useless.

why do you say good luck? i will ask my doctor for that

              [...]
well i didn’t drink much last night and only woke up twice to piss, which is still annoying, but i woke up and needed to piss and i’m still pissing now. if i drink a lot before bed it’s a wake up 6/7 times kinda thing

Would you say you carry fat around your neck?

            >160g of protein a day
How much do you weigh? Is that protein actually being utilized? As in, are you training enough that your body uses all that protein?

It is my professional medical opinion to second this suggestion. Studies show upward of a 90% decrease in recurrence of behavior, and a surprising 27% incidence of full aversion developing to the triggering ST factor. Best of all, this treatment option can be available OTC, and administered by a trusted guardian or loved one. For the latter, lighter weight options are becoming available to prevent fatigue for the administering party. These can be made of synthetic composites, a light-alloy metal, or a more natural but fragile solution, bamboo.

It's recommended over the course of treatment {3-6 weeks, then up until week 8 if symptoms prove sluggish to respond} that the root cause for treatment be kept in immediate visual proximity during the first few sessions, approx. 4-5, to promote renewed voluntary abstinence by the participant(s). We also advocate periodic inquiry with the patient during the process along the lines of "Why is this happening?"

The most important thing is to keep focus grounded in the cause and necessity of treatment, rather than allowing it to skew and erroneously become centered around the healthcare provider / volunteer. This method is just one of many options available for potentially life threatening eating disorders, and often recommended before more invasive treatment plans such as Gastric Bypass Surgery (GBS.) Self-flagellation is not a safe or effective replacement for ST.

Drink less water unironically, no more than 1.5-2 l at most. And eat more salt, like 5-6 grams at least for a couple of days. You just fell for the overhydration meme and pissed off all of the salt in your body and now you can't hold any water and you are just pissing it all off. Let me guess, it is barely yellow in colour, maybe even clear as normal water. Been there, done that.

Pissing often is one of the main signs of beetus
If you're pissing often, eating often, and drinking often then you have the beetus
The best way to check if you're diabetic is to have a blood test for your A1c levels. Talk to your doctor if you have beetus concerns.

I cut back on my insulin after I gained like 10 pounds in a week when I started it but I don't recommend it without your doctor's approval. Other than that try to get her to exercise and not do any snacking, insulin makes me hungry 24/7

normal fasted blood sugar doesnt always rule out diabetes. do a glucose tolerance test preferably with insulin measurements (good luck getting that done)

Could be simply not training the bladder. Like any muscle, you have to train it pushing it slightly farther each time. Try waiting 25 mins tomorrow then 30,35 etc

It doesn't hold like that, in fact if you hold your piss you weaken your bladder.

Op I have the same problem as you, during the day I can easily go piss 8 to 10 times. I drink lots of water and the urine is most always clear but I do eat a lot of carbs. I told that to my doctor and did some urine tests(check for blood, protein, glucose) and nothing came up. The previous blood work, including fasted insulin was normal. I think it's either a fricked up prostate from edging or but most likely the betus because I have shitty eyesight and it takes a little more than normal to scar well. Going to do more blood work soon to see.

During sleep, there is no fluid intake to make up for insensible water loss, which is why circadian signals cause the body to produce a hormone called vasopressin that promotes water retention and manage a balanced level of hydration. It’s what assists in not needing to pee during sleep.

If sleep is interrupted or cut short, though, this natural process may be disrupted, interfering with the hormonal signals for water retention.

Sleep apnea repeatedly reduces airflow and oxygen levels during sleep and influences hormones in a way that increases urine production.

Try keto. I'm like that when I gorge on carbs. When I keep myself in ketosis that shit gets resolved.
