      It's 25% at least.

LMFAO he is NOT 25%, holy shit. 18-20% makes the most sense. Yes I know this pic isn't hard science, but it is good for a ballpark. Little gut fat doesn't magically make someone jump to an insane degree in body fat % because other people for instance have the same amount of fat, but spread out everywhere

With that jelly doughnut gut and love handles you are at 22%+ you just don’t store fat in your upper body

Nah, I doubt it. You think him having a little bit of fat makes him jump that much. That's like saying if someone had 10% bf, but had it all noticeably in one place, it's actually 15-20% bf. That doesn't make sense

I'm about to attempt an 11 day soft dryfast to get rid of the extra skin on my gut and get lean. Will post results later.

Ex fatty (107kg before) so loose skin on gut and love handles are partly because of wide/large hip bones, very little fat on them.

I guess my estimate was fairly good, i tried to consider the fact that i have no muscle.
Since most of the bodyfat estimate reference pictures are with people that actually lift it's hard to compare to them because the same bf% will always look leaner with more muscle.

About 18-20% but you're skinnyfat. Get lifting boi

I've mostly done some pullups randomly for the last few months (pr is 10 at 79kg bw) but i'll start actually lifting again after this.

        >11 day fast to get rid of extra skin

        are you dumb
it takes months to years for sagging skin to get reabsorbed

I'm not expecting to lose all of it at once.
I just want to see the effects of an extended dryfast.

Skinny fat, so I'd say ~20% bf, u gonna have to workout very hard to increase ur muscle mass 150g to 200g daily and 1h serious weight lifting u can expect results in short period since u can still get noobie gains

I actually did lift for ~2 years fairly consistently but made little progress other than weight loss and i stopped completely when i lost all motivation around 2 years ago mostly because of injuries.
This time i get lean first and then build up from there.

You fricked around for two years with no progress, so now you're going to take a different but also shitty and inefficient approach that you doctored up yourself instead? Mate, just read into everything properly. Educate yourself and -then- start. The only reason you failed (and will fail again if you keep going like this) is because you don't know what you're doing.
Fix your posture by the way. You can do that now already.

The 2 years off got rid of any progress i had, but i have educated myself for some of that time and will focus mainly on my posture first, then go on from there. I know it's shit.

I am a little bit shorter than you, leaner than you with more muscle at the same weight and a visible six pack (just about) and I am maybe around 15% right now, there is no way you are under 20.

Wtf is up with these doughy DYELS obsession with muh body fat estimate. Do you have visible abs without flexing? No? Okay you’re still too fat. Why does a number fricking matter. Frick DYELS

I have no visible abs at 48 kg.
I stopped training my abs after sustaining a supraumbilical hernia doing leg raises. Never again.

Only roidtrannies or people shredded for competition have visible hard abs without flexing

    20-25%.
But very fixable, you seem ripe for some noob muscle gains. If I were you I’d start lifting (keep volume low and increase depending on fatigue) and drop about a pound or more of weight till visible abs in your lower/mid section. Then slow bulk while adding volume to lifts.

If you continue cutting without lifting you’re gonna lose a lot of muscle and look worse.
