The exact opposite is true, DHT has an anabolic index of like 20, testosterone is 100
DHT is only anabolic in the tissue it's produced (your scalp, skin and prostate). Other tissue deactivates it. Muscle tissue literally turns it into a weak as androgen called 3-dial on contact.
DHT is active in muscle, but only for a short time. It is very important as well, so the 15% increase in test is COUPLED WITH an increase in estrogen as well, as dht opposes estrogen as well as aromatase.
You will never be more anabolic with fin or dut, you will just be more bloated.
