well do you live in a country that has a lot of sun? I don't, unfortunately.

I moved from a zero sun country to a 9 months a year with sun country and thought it would be awesome but it's not. No rain can drive you crazy.

maybe some middle ground would be nice. Italy and Spain seem to have the healthiest weather.

north spain is actually pretty rough. I think Costa Brava and that region are the best.

I heard a good alternative is a sauna, the guy that recommended it said there's some gyms that has saunas in it. Still the same heat absorption thing that will elevate your mood and relaxation.

      >Fixed and unchanged through the ages shall stand the ideal of the soul-inspired body in all its magnificence of Nature and sunlight—the gymnast; the sun-man.
My devotion to sunlight has reached an almost religious discipline. The sun-lit life is the highest, the most noble, the most filled with vitality and moral power. My enthusiasm only grows.

I live in Sweden. Anybody in a cold country has a special privilege in being able to combine the hardening of the body through exposure to low temperatures and sunbathing. The sunlight will of course be weaker, but this has the upside of slowly acclimatizing the body to its effects, such that when summer comes, you will already be ready. I have gone for runs in only shorts here in winter: though to be fair it's more like light jogging and then walking to catch my breath. Still, it was plenty enough to keep me warm and comfortable for the entire duration.

Without sun we wouldn't be there, or we would get each of these things from something else.
Thanks your body to respond in those ways, or don't since it would be better if he could do that without the sun stimulus

Based suncels. Don't forget, never use ((sun screen)) or eat ((seed oils)), because they cause sun burns and skin cancer. Eat a lot of butter and cholesterol, because they do the opposite.

Why? I'm also doing zync btw

vit d supplementation depleats maggie levels. Make sure to supplement that too. Vit k2 assures the calcium you consume (which you should also be getting) goes straight into your bones.
