Born with godlike genetics, forced to consume processed food.

Guys.
I'm completely natty, as exemplified in the photo, but the problem is this: I've recently allowed stress, junk food, and other poison to inhabit my body and deform my otherwise gracious form. I reach out to you, fellow deities, that have overcome your earthly shell and physically expressed yourself as you are internally: help me achieve my fully realized state.

It's been about a year since the pic I posted, I'm 22 now but have gained quite the significant weight. I recently did a lipid test and it showed my cholesterol was extremely high, how can I turn towards a healthier lifestyle without taking steroids?

Help me, those who are knowledgeable, you're my only hope.

Wow no shit, you must clearly be a mortal. I'm asking real deities, legit tough... Do I fast for 3 days? If so, how should I approach it? Should I eat 7 times a day, but small snacks and lower overall caloric intake? I need more than basic shit.

Fasts are crap for losing the last ten pounds of fat
A three-day fast might break your junk-food cravings, though, so it’s worth considering. A 48-hour fast might be good enough.

Again, I'm speaking to those who can achieve a natural physique without resorting to drugs, so sit on the sidelines.

Now I'm speaking with a demigod, that's what I wanted to hear. But what if I'm super into extracurricular drugs? Do I push through regardless? Does a workout come before nutrition or does nutrition come first? I can prevent the cravings with mental fortitude but how do I structure my nutritional intake?

Maintain your same leanness. Eat at maintenance or little bit more. High protein no sugary or processed or unhealthy fat shit. Lift 4-5 times a week focusing on strength and hypertrophy. You will be solid then.

Cholesterol isnt naturally bad for you in fact its a building block of hormones. But if its higher than it should be cut out the trans fat like you get in fast food and frying shit in oils and egg yolks.

    And stay humble young blood

      Also some key points:

      =Diet=
Focus on consuming whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Limit your intake of processed foods, sugary snacks, and high-fat meals. Incorporate healthy fats like those found in avocados, nuts, and olive oil.

      =Exercise=

Incorporate regular physical activity into your routine. This can include cardiovascular exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming, as well as strength training exercises to build muscle and improve overall fitness.

      = Stress =
Stress is very bad for you

Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as practicing mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or engaging in hobbies that bring you joy and relaxation.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support your body's functions.

Lastly none of us are fricking doctors here for most part. Schedule regular check-ups with your healthcare provider to monitor your progress, address any health concerns, and make adjustments to your lifestyle as needed.

        >none of us are doctors

I know, I'm counting on borderline schizo advice because that's somehow, slowly become the only advice I can really trust. It's unfortunate but the schizo's are the only one's familiar with the knowledge we had before big pharma got their israelitey hands on us. Therefore, I'm left with no choice but to appeal to them and ask them to dig deep for the gems of physical knowledge.

I understand your points here man. Unfortunately medical professionals dont always get whats healthy for us. But in certain situations you gotta be careful as schzios can be just as dumb.

I am rooting for you little bro

Unfortunately, I'm of Slavic descent, all we HAVE is fat based meals, I can't prevent myself from enjoying or craving these meals either, how do I ascend from these shitty appetite cravings and truly being to enjoy life without constant nourishment, is it fasting?

Fasting I do not think long term works or is even healthy for you. What type of fats are we talking here? Animal fat? Unfortunately bro if you got high cholestereol in your early 20s you are headed for heart problems.

I mean cardio and exercise can help curb it but if you are cooking in butter or oils, eating fatty pork or lard etc then it is gonna be bad on your cholesterol.

I know a lot of keto guys will tell you fat is not a problem for health but I do not trust that.

If you can track your macros try keep it at about 40% carbohydrate, 40% protein and 20% fat.

Your body still needs fat and animal fat and butter are healthier sources than plant oils and such but too much of anything is not good for you IMO.

Focus on consuming healthy fats such as monounsaturated fats (found in olive oil, avocados, and nuts) and omega-3 fatty acids (found in fatty fish like salmon) instead of saturated and trans fats.

Although some people are against nut or avocado fats and olive oil.

Reduce your intake of saturated fats found in red meat, full-fat dairy products, and fried foods. Avoid trans fats found in processed and packaged foods like cookies, cakes, and margarine.

Margarine is really an unhealthy processed waste product from vegetable oils.

Soluble fiber can help lower cholesterol levels. But too much fiber can be bad for digestion all the same.

Some people would argue to eat lean sources of meat if you can wild game or farm raised beef and poultry is good.

High sugar and refined carbohydrate intake can negatively impact cholesterol levels. Focus on healthy sources of carbs and limit sugary snacks and beverages.

What is your doctor saying in all this? I know jogging and cardio can reduce cholesterol but some people need to go on pills for it as well.

You gotta try and cut back on the sugar and fat my guy somehow.

Do a re-test if it was LaTasha's shift in laboratory. Also, cholesterol alone doesn't matter, get a full lipid panel
