Boron supplementation

Started it yesterday 3mg/day for boost in free test and making it harder for doctors to cut my bones.

Dosing recs online seem real spotty, anywhere from 3-9mgs/day. Some people say to cycle it.

Anyone have experience with taking this?

      Yes, because it increases free T which in turn increases estrogen because the body wants balance. That's why you cycle, T goes up, enjoy benefits, go off so your estrogen doesn't increase, go on, enjoy benefits etc etc

        Cycling is moronic and just for roiders who still have brains and roid only before competitions not to frick up their health. Cycling boron, the element that you can get from food is moronic. It doesn't even increase test. It's needed for test production, so it just gives you a normal test level. Nothing more.
        Soils in france and israel have a shit ton of boron and none of people there cycle their and foreign food.

    I just eat a serving of prunes everyday. Gives me my boron and helps me stay regular with my poops. I fell directly on my face the other day while running at a full sprint and did not break a bone in my face and believe it is because of the prunes.

    If taking for anti inflammatory benefits take 3mg per day. If taking for boosting free test then do 2 week cycles of 6mg going back down to 3 when cycling off. This is what the studies imply will work anyways. I just take it for the anti inflammatory benefits so I don't get arthritis by 35.

    why the frick would you cycle it, it's a necessary micronutrient. You may as well be talking about cycling calcium or vitamin c, just get a healthy amount, ideally fron diet, and don't overdo it.

    just take 10mg a day, it is the safe upper limit
    no point in cycling it, it is not roids
    at some point boron will stop being effective as you reach your natural test limit, and you will be able to save money by lowering the dosage for maintenance, so make sure to check your test levels regularly as you supplement it
