Brain Health

What are the best things to take and do for one's brain health? I ask this as someone who spars/fights in boxing/kickboxing and fear that my mind is already not what it once was in terms of memory.
I hear that lions mane, creatine, and some drug from the Transcend peptide company help but would like to see any insights.

Imagine giving yourself permanent brain damage. Enjoy dementia later. I hope you at least get paid for it.

      Lions mane, reishi, and cordyceps?

Psilocybin (magic mushrooms). It can help develop new neural pathways.

Best things you can do for your brain is get good sleep, maintain good gut health, and keep learning/acquire new skills (this could just mean having a hobby and not necessarily something you have to monetize). Also, strive to challenge yourself (within reason) to build confidence and self-esteem over time. Finally, expand and/or enhance your social network. Again, not for the sake of making money/status, but simply to develop a sense of community and connection with others.

sleep, regular exercise. ketogenic diet has profound effects on brain metabolism. liver, brain, meat, and eggs.
as for supplements, taurine, creatine, and glycine have the most impact.

Psilocin/psilocybin mushrooms. That with lions mane and creatine should keep you sharp. Also plenty of antioxidants.

This brain mane stuff works. Been using it only a few days and now I can replay a holographic view of my walks and every person I walked by I can see them. Also started seeing auras again.

Lions mane, crocodiles tooth, fishdicks, gorilla baby scalp powder. All works.
    In real world
    >great sleeping balance, same time every day, cold room, stretch before sleep, 7-9hours
    >great food, high quality
    >workout regularly
    >learn new things
Thats about it. If someone has good brain, even trauma will not affect it as bad as someone who neglects
