        200g of 9% cottage cheese with some sour cream and honey. With a cup of tea with lemon and honey. Will eat my "drops-cocos" (600cal) afterwards. Overall it's about 1000 calories and 25g of protein. Sadly, lots of sugar. For example, the drops cocos are 55g of sugar. Well, I need calories. No light, so my telephone is dying. Hope they'll give light soon.

        Russian/eastern European cottage cheese is phenomenal same with your Keffir, eggs, milk and meat
        you also have the option of buckwheat for carbs instead of rice and grains
        blows my mind there are so many dyels in eastern europe it's very easy to get big and strong off your quality high nutrient food

          Was meming but Soviet era strength training has unironically influenced almost every type of athletics outside of bodybuilding bro split stuff. They did have a state run strength program with scientists working on it full time, drugs, diet, training, all of it.

          All Oly lifting programs use some form of the bulgarian training nowadays, most powerlifting routines have the soviet style periodization and mesocycles into their training (texas method is modified smolov/bulgarian training for example, westside is notorious for bringing soviet techniques over to america etc.) and afaik the typical kettle bell movements you usually see people doing have soviet origins as well.

        Egg is 6g at best.
        When I break my eggs, not full egg goes into pan, 90% of it at best. When I fry my eggs, they also evaporate. When I finished cooking and put them in my plate, there's a lot of little egg pieces left glued to the pan.
        So yes, I'd say it's about 40g.

    Still no light so I am at my uncle for now. I should've eaten coлoмкa too, but didn't. I think my refrigerator fricked my cottage cheese and sour cream by now. I think I had 1500 calories today or so. Very very bad day for my bulk. Also not enough proteins. Will now eat 1 polyus bar which is 250 calories. With a cup of tea. But day is ruined. I feel all my gainz and weight are fading away.
