      No. I'm not keto or anything. But carbs in the morning make me very sleepy, I could go back to sleep after a meal with carbs. I usually eat breakfast around 4-6AM. And then have carbs throughout the day.

      Eggs and some meat in the morning has been working for years. Top it off with a black coffee and you're good to go.

          I like potatoes too much to be a ketogay tbh. Besides, my current shitty work would absolutely trash me without carbs.

            i do, and i don't like it, but it just lasts for a couple mins and then i ignore it. actually only the first week. i haven't been noticing the itchiness after a few times. i might not get it again because really i just notice maybe 2 more reps like 12 instead of 10 which whatever

        Have ya tried oats? Oats are primo breakfast carbs imo. Sure they taste like cardboard but you're ready to take on the world after like 3/4th a cup of oats.

        honestly, the only thing that would honder your workout is if you feel weak and cant move as much weight. Anything else is so slow that as long as you get enough butrients overall, you should be good.

    Brekky or post workout meal is just a rice bowl with eggs and vegetables and some other shit. Easy to prepare and fricking delicious. Pic related layers from bottom to top is:
    >jasmine rice cooked with coconut oil
    >søy sauce
    >6 scrambled eggs
    >homemade kimchi
    >fresh cucumbers, radishes, green onion, sesame seeds
