Bridal carry regimen

so i want to be able to bridal carry my own weight as fast as possible. i'm 70kg and haven't been working out consistently in the past but i'm serious about this.

i bought a 25kg bag of sand and carried it back home. i could feel it mostly in my lower back, forearms and then my quads. don't know if this is proper or if there are some muscle imbalances that are leading to compensation by other muscles or whether or not my form might be bad.

someone told me sandbag carries are bad for your back if you have weak back muscles and that i should do deadlifts instead. someone else told me to do zercher squats/zercher carry but those mostly target the upper back?

anyways so my question is what is the best regiment for my purposes without causing injury?

no i'm not getting married, i just wanna be able to carry a big tiddy girl with ease so keep politics out of this thread.

        yea thats the main one, Zercher squats, zercher marches, farmers carry, deadlift. its a regimen in progress. ill make sure to keep the board updated as I perfect it a little more.
