I use a bro split. Why? I destroy myself in my workouts and need to time to rest. My workout are short, but with a lot of sets and short rest periods. I’m not focused on strength, if I get stronger that’s great but not a focus. Focus is gaining mass. I know it makes no sense. But I’m getting results I want. I’ve done PPL, but thing is it just feels like a warm up as I’m limited to how far I can go without jeopardizing recovery. Bro split gets demonized unfairly. Mainly by BBs on gear. My advice is try both as it depends on your recovery ability.
Yes I've tried it with two rest days but if I do that I might as well do what I'm doing. (LPPxLPPx) the rearrangement just makes to work abs every other day and just make leg days less of a drag so I skip them less. More frequent rests has let's me go at it harder than 2 consecutive rest days.
i did reddit ppl for 6 months, its a good program if you tweak it, i also dropped the last leg day and just added an extra rest day
im swapping to an arnold split now because the volume on ppl with compounds is too much for shoulder health
if i were a girl i would absolutely work out and walk around in skimpy clothes like her and get off on being almost naked and exposed near hot big men who are stronger than me and who could take me wet and dirty if they wanted.
>Left/right split
That sounds like a terrible idea for getting imbalances.
We should shill this ironically as a joke and see if someone actually does it.
upper/lower
How much time do you want to spend in the gym?
PPL has you in the gym 6 days a week and a bro split can have you in in as few as 4.
PPLPPXX is fine too.
Or even PXPXLXX if you’re a noob.
I'll split her ppl if you catchy drift
another victim of gang grooming
how long has she been in the three nineteen candle ropes we can't say, but it's a hard life
Arnold split.

This. Depends entirely on the intensity of your workout and the associated need for recovery.
Lifting doesn't create muscle, recovery does.
the logic doesn't really hold up, but the important thing is doing what you enjoy
i see her around town all the time
I prefer LPPx it's just lines better with my recovery demands. I burn out on 6 day ppl if I don't lift really suboptimally on the second 3 days.
have you considered taking an extra rest day instead of half assing a workout

hag.
I do arms/chest
Back/shoulders
Legs/core
Calf raises every time
any split is fine if you are consistent, eat good, sleep well and progressively overload.

Really looks like a good split
