I like to buy in bulk. That's what I do to save money. Also go for the cheap proteins like chicken breast and eggs. Beef in my country is almost double the price of chicken breasts. I only have it like once or twice a month.
My girlfriend makes a butt load of money but also somehow maintains employee status at the nearby grocery store despite not working there anymore and we get crazy discounts
I knew this was coming about five years ago and got started getting used to eating less back then, plus stockpiling cheap and calorie dense foods such as canned beans
I buy in bulk. I have a Costco membership and it works out to only $5 per month. They nearly take a loss on their inventory and most of their profits come from membership fees instead so everything is way cheaper. Got pork loin the other day for $1 per pound on sale. Happens often at mine. Bought 30 pounds and I'm throwing it on the smoker for meal prep. Paired with two 15 pound bags of potatoes, some apples, coconut milk, and grass fed butter for the potato I eat really well for only like $180 per month plus eating out like once a month or so. I just have to cut back on frivolous spending to afford it comfortably

Remember that this is happening because of mismanaged economies and miss managed energy policies. The green agenda, the fight against climate change (that is not even real) is making everything more expensive for no reason.
us poorgays actually eat identically
