Bros how do you beat the muffin top? I'm fairly fit but still have this bullshit. I eat healthy 5-6 days a week, but I enjoy a cheat meal or 2 on the weekends. I lift 4-5 days a week, and do cardio after every session on the treadmill, 12 incline at 3 speed for 20-30 minutes. I don't train abs, there's no shot that's the key here unless I'm moronic.

    Your cardio is pretty irrelevant.
    Buy a step-counter and set up for 7000-7500~ steps a day. Hit that goal every day. The more you exhausts yourself in the gym, the more lazy your body becomes in the rest of the day and you probably aren't eating below maintenance.

    To get the afterburner effect you need to go 35 minutes or more. Easiest way is to swim laps in a cold pool under 65F because the cold sucks energy out of you and keeps your muscles from getting lactic acid build up so you can swim longer. 3mph speed is a fricking walk even with 12% gradient. Get your heart rate above 165bpm at a minimum.

    "fairly fit" means absolutely fricking nothing. like you are so fricking delusional you have no idea what it actually takes to have an extraordinary physique. there is a reason why practically nobody has abs. its great to be "fairly fit" compared to the average population but again that doesnt mean anyhing. you think you are fit but you just have to get rid of the delusion and understand that you are still incredibly fat compared to someone who is actually lean.
