If you're skinnyfat then you should recomp. Putting some muscle on your frame first before you cut is going to make you look better, cutting when you don't have muscle will make you look like a cancer patient until you bulk

I would say it depends on how you count it. If you removed the 10% of lowest iq and the 10% highest iq from every board, I think IST would do fairly well. Reason being that the lowest 10% here are like incel crazies, people with real mental problems, and so on. Then the highest 10% probably don't find much use for this place or they stay a while and then leave.

I doubt anyone could make their ass like that purely through work, however it certainly won't hurt. If you're a girl, I suggest you just try working out in a balanced way.
For lower body it isn't just squats, a good looking lower body is a combination of hamstrings, quads, hips and glutes, also calves.
If you increase these in balance even a marginal amount, your ass will look 1000x better and I say this as a man who's ass has been groped by random women.
My workout includes squats, deadlifts, glute ham raise and hanging leg raises, I also do power cleans but you can skip those. 4x8 is a perfectly good all-purpose rep scheme.
However, and I can't stress this enough, the most important thing for a good looking body is balance. If you over exaggerate one muscle group you'll look weird.
