The protein pudding goes hard, can ya get me like 2 please
The whey protein is breasts though. Sucks that it used to be like $13 a year or so ago. It's like $18 now.
Still the cheapest protein powder. 95 cents a serving.
Oh word? Cheaper than myprotein?
MyProtein is disgustingly expensive now
You're better off eating meat
Idk, how much does your protein cost?
I can't have whey protein powder anymore, I worked out it gives me acne...
I never understood how people actually consumed protein powder.
Why do that when you can sit down to a delicious meal? Hell if you're in a rush buy jerky or something. Seems wasteful
Fastest way to get it into your blood is to snort it
>Fastest way to get it into your blood
Basic failure to understand biochemistry.
Your body is constantly circulating proteins for muscle repair. And before new proteins are even assimilated they take hours to digest.
The people who autistically lug around protein shakes at the gym are broscience-tier brainlets who are actively harming their gains.
You'll make far more gains sitting down and eating a real meal, with actual vitamins and nutrients rather than downing industrial waste. Not to mention actual food is delicious.
Shut up, nerd.
>would rather pound down industrial slop than come home and have a nice, juicy steak
>even when it's proven useless
what a gay Black person homosexual you are. Indeed!
>Whey protein
>Industrial slop
This homie doesn't even know how cheese is made.
Shut up science b***h
>industrial waste.
You use this term to diminish whey as a food, or source of protein. Whey is no less beneficial than eating cheese or milk.
I don't disagree that you need better sources of micronutrients as you caloric staple, many micronutrients are fat soluble and whey has none of that, but if you meet your micronutrient requirements and need more protein. There is nothing wrong with whey.
>if you meet your micronutrient requirements and need more protein. There is nothing wrong with whey.
Good goy
not everyone enjoys eating or the whole process around eating as much as you do. for some its just like fueling up their car. it needs to be done as fast as possible with the best nutrients you can get. call it autistic or whatever I for one just want to feel "full" hit my have my protein/fat/carb targets for the day and whey helps with that.
I cook all my meals, but on a big cut you can't get enough protein without eating only chicken and nothing else. I toss a shake into my daily calorie limit and it opens up a hell of a lot of variety of foods to cook and eat while still hitting my macros
No need to buy the protein pudding when you get the low fat yoghurt which contains the same amount of protein for much cheaper
This, and isn't filled with artificial sweeteners
I add a little sugar free jello pudding with my whey and some almond milk. Shit is money.
I like to do a couple of ways with either cinnamon, dark cacao, peanutbutter powder or this Raspberry-frangelico-cognac mush I made and keep in the fridge.
Pretty much have it 5 nights a week and is so fuggin good.
ayo can you spot me bout tree fiddy
milk, im doing 2GOMAD
yeah can i get uhhhh Stars & Stripes Cola and some Cocoa Peanut Butter Puffs. opt it for Honey Nut Crispy Oats if they’re out
We don't accept EBT here, sir
Yeah buy your own goddamn fudge rounds
They do
all Aldi stores take EBT
all of the Aldi's in brooklyn are in high Black person zones
Gonna need about 6 boxes of organic grapes, about the same number of watermelons and pineapples anon. Here take $100. I hope there will be some left over.
a ultra monster can
I need jesus
bring some crisps and I don't know Evian I guess
Yeah the cashier girl’s phone number
Dubs and Op reports back with it
how about a non autistic cart and check out system? or register people who aren't psychopaths?
I agree, the pace of the cashiers triggers my autism, but the one that just opened by my house has a self checkout. The scale isn't even weighed. I can't tell you how happy that makes me.
Black persondetector goes brrrt
>broken Black persondetector just makes farting noises
>the pace of the cashiers triggers my autism
Everyone who complained about how fast I scanned their shit was a low test impotent beta homosexual whose only source of an ego boost was passive aggressively b***hing at a cashier for just doing their job. Aldi was a surprisingly IST job and you wouldn't have lasted a day there.
You shouldn't brag about that.
You're the reason they can get away with understaffing.
Not disagreeing, the customers who dislike it should complain to corporate about their business methods rather than calling the cashiers 'psychopaths'. It's definitely a trend I noticed though, actual well adjusted sane people knew what was up and respected how fast we would get them through the line.
how could someone be so stupid as to be mad that the grocery store process is going too fast? they'd like to spend more time in a poorly lit warehouse with strangers?
It was always the same fat ass people who complained that the store looked like shit yet expected the cashier, one of the only two/three employees in the store, to take our time scanning their items one by one and making shitty small talk.
psychopath
dude they work you like dogs why are you bragging
Fatasses.
I was a store manager at Aldi for a few years.
I just want you to know that I really appreciate you. The harder you work means the less employees I have to hire. I got huge bonuses for low overhead, bumped me up from $27/hr to $45/hr, about an extra 45k.
So while you're making that $17/hr, know that I made 45 large from it.
How about a fricking mini-table when people run off with the cashiers cart? Sometimes I need like 15-20 seconds to finish bagging my shit but theres no cart so the cashier is holding stuff at edge of the counter while I am bagging it hanging in the air. LIDL at least has the double lane system.
Get me a kayak from the middle aisle mate
I'll take summa dat 93% protein beef, some low carb marina, some pork rinds, some DEENZ, and a bottle o shiraz wine my good sir.
1kg bucket milchreis x 5
Chicken breasts that I'll leave in the fridge until it goes bad..
You know what just get me 24 vanilla protein yogurt and crunch granola bars to put in.
>Chicken breasts
>93% protein beef
Who buys meat at Aldis tho srs?
Last time I bought "grass fed" ground beef from there for half the price of other stores, it tasted off and gave me raging diarrhea for two days. Breath smelled like sulfury doom.
If you're gonna buy meat Costco is far superior. Aldi probably puts baby foreskin in their meat to make it cheaper
Started buying sirloin tip steaks at Costco every week. Shits not cheap though. It's around $45 for 4 of those steaks. I saw they had wagyu steaks on sale the other day for $25 off which meant they were still like $135 for 2.
Always buy the meat off the bottom
Basics of meat is that if it smells or tastes off, just don't fricking eat it
I've had bad meat from Costco (chicken) as well as every other store I shop at as I've been eating almost 2 lbs a day for 10 years
Don't be moronic. Save yourself the pain and throw anything questionable
We get the grass fed beef every time and have never had an issue
Groovy biscuits and milkshake biscuits
Yea, get me like 5 loaves of the L'ovens low carb white bread, and a pack of the hamburger buns too. A pack of the dinner rolls too if they have them.
>Aldi
Sorry, I don't speak pleb.
Costco isn't cheaper
They literally charge an entrance fee to pay more for stuff
Walmart beats them on 90% of items when calculating by total weight or volume/$$
>Costco isn't cheaper
>They literally charge an entrance fee to pay more for stuff
What sort of poorgay are you that can't pay a $40 annual fee?
Hmm? Costco meat is the cheapest around for super high quality.
I buy their fish it's great. Go to Aldi and get "farm fresh" aids and food poisoning.
What's great about Costco is their 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can refund literally anything, don't even need to return it. I refunded a $400 mattress because it had mold. Just gave them a picture and they fixed it no questions asked.
Aldi gives you the stink eye if you don't like their shit. Also their milk and eggs smell foul.
It's not about affording the membership, it's that's it's stupid to pay it
And how much free time and how little money do you have that you'd try to return meat lmaooo
>it's that's it's stupid to pay it
Weakest argument.
I buy maybe 40% of my stuff from Costco and I save around $500 a year just in markdowns alone. Let alone wholesale discounts. I can buy organic quinoa for half the price other stores sell fricking rice.
And yeah, the meat isn't Aldi-tier priced but it's much higher quality. You can actually taste it. Aldi is definitely taking shortcuts with their quality. + Costco cheese selection is legendary.
>Costco cheese selection is legendary.
i have a membership and acces to one of those few french costco, you gave me a idea for a nice future thread, i'm out of coffee and rice ( and coffee and rice price went batshit insane these days, i remember when i used to buy a 10 kilos bag of rice for 15 euros a couples of years ago
costco executive membership gives you 4% back on gas, which if you aren't a total shut in, pays for it more than itself. I only get gas there and it pays for the membership and more every year.
Costco quality is far superior to wally world. The vast majority of their products have good quality ingredients as well.

costco is literal boomer-consooomer tier
the concession stand is pretty good tho tbh
>costco is literal boomer-consooomer tier
Only if you but the processed shite
The Aldi ahoys please and fairlife milk to dip em in
One time my roommate and I went to Aldi and we danced in front of the cheese wall in a sort of cheese ritual. I can't imagine how awful it must be to be a lactose-intolerant shitskin.
Can you grab me two things of their fat free greek yogurt and some strawberry preserves? I need to stock the fridge at work.
i need a fricking hug
And not to mention you get tons of free samples at Costco. Enough to balance out your membership fee. Their fruit is also better than other stores by far.
Really only plebs shop at Aldi. The more I contemplate this the more I despise you.

>goes to German-owned store
>doesn't buy the chocolate
what a homosexual you are
Aldi chocolate is shit tier compared to trader Joe's or any other implicitly white grocer in America. Aldi is affordable and convenient, they have nice things but rarely top tier chocolate.
>Aldi chocolate is shit tier compared to Aldi's
?
Trader Joe's and Aldi get their chocolate from the same subcontractor. You're just a consooooomer-brained moron.
TJ's is organic and the bars both stores offer are from different countries.
t. chocolate enjoyer
Aldi in poor areas are a shit show. Aldi in a rich neighborhood is godly
If you buying I really need a prostate massage
I don't need anything, but you can keep my quarter.
Dragonball gays are the star wars gays of yesteryear who still thought the thing they saw as a kid was a flawless unbridled masterpiece never to be topped.
Broccoli, parsnips, cauliflower, a head of lettuce, salad dressing and sugar free watermelon monster energy drinks thanks bro
This looks American, do mutts have Aldi?
Yeh.
No name brand food for me. All my stuff is fake even my jordans
Jodans are comfy as frick my guy. Why pay 700 dollars for shoes when you can get it for 13$
Ill get that 4.89 per lb grass fed ground beef and parmesan crisps
>Aldi
Only ziganos, dindus, arabs and turks go to Aldi here lol.
Where is that? I went to the Aldi Süd in Ravensburg and only saw ethnic Germans.
The greatest light bulk yoghurt plz.
Too bad they discontinued it because it was too good value.
>literal bucket
Nice
I gambled on some meatballs in the clearance bin and had food poisoning for a week
Literally evacuated all fluids for the first two days straight
meatballs are always a gamble no matter where you get them from. there is a reason subway got rid of them in their subs years ago.
I see so many people praising Aldi and Lidl. Your guys' versions must be way better than mine, because the ones in my area are ghetto and depressing af.
You just need to find one in a white neighborhood. Aldi and Lidl have both been expanding to low income rural locations.
>You guys need anything?
I just ordered a supermarket delivery:
>bread
>mayo
>bleach
>coffee
>2 small Cheetos
>cigs
>cigs
ngmi
Rope, duct tape, lube, one of those cutting boards that looks like a wooden paddle, and condoms
Aldi has these Kirkwood stuffed chicken things that are 210 Cal and 19g of protein each. I always chop 2 up with some spinach as my go to work lunch. That's about the only thing I get from Aldi these days.
Now Lidl, if I'm up early enough I can get there with the old folks crowd and go straight to the meat section and look for the 30% off orange stickers. Sometimes with a sale I've gotten 1lbs of meat for 2 bucks each so I stock up.
Camel Blue, smallest pack, not the activate one.
i don't get it
Oh didn't know they had aldi in the USA
I can finally relate with my american brothers
no everything from Aldi tastes weird
I'll just go to kroger later
Magerquark. Thx, Bro
Yes i need you to go to Kaufland instead.
Worked at ALDI for 3 years, AMA.
How is it so cheap
A combination of things
1. Almost 90% of ALDI products is their own brand.
2. Very small team of workers. We usually ran the store with 2-3 people on a daily.
4. Because of the small crew, they have very high expectations of speed and efficiency, on both the cash register and on the floor.
5. The quarter system. Means they don’t have to hire someone to collect the shopping carts like Walmart.
While the pay is good, it’s not worth the stress. Working there for so long really took a toll on my mental health. Now I’m a manager for LIDL and I’m glad I left the company.
Is it true that female customers will give you their numbers if they think you're handsome?
Possibly if you bag their groceries for them.
I did bang a couple of co-workers though.
im good
but while you're there, get their bratwursts, some of the brioche hot-dog buns, and a jar of the sauerkraut.
its 10/10 with some yellow mustard. i do them in the air fryer. 400'F for ~12 min
>You guys need anything?
White power!
Lidl mogs Aldi tho
