    Buy a whole chicken, portion and debone it. Chop the brests and thighs with a heavy knife (or cleaver) into almost a mush, fry on coconut oil with garlic, ginger and season soya sauce, fish sauce, mirin, gochujang and doejang paste. Serve over rice with toasted sesame seeds and freshly chopped spring onions and fried egg if you feel fancy. I eat this shit every single day and it somehow never gets boring.

        Spices and/or marinating is the key but even if you don't marinate your meats it can taste good if you know what are you doing.

        chicken thighs are so much tastier than the breasts. that little bit of fat really brings out so much more flavor

        That's why I chop them up together with the breasts, it is more flavorful and doesn't feel so dry like the breast alone sometimes does especially when meal prep. Plus the korean chilli paste is really great. Probably my favorite condiment/spice of all times. It's also cheap af.

        Well coconut oil is MCT so not a bad choice. Also saturated fats are healthy in moderate amounts and one tablespoon for ~ three meals is absolutely nothing to worry about. I would be more concerned about PUFAs in the chicken if anything. Thank god I don't give a shit about this kind of stuff.

    As long as you're not on some insane gigacut you can also eat lean cuts of pork. It's really not that many more calories and variation of your diet will make your life better.

        Whats wrong with marinades? Its a good change of pace sometimes. For example a few days ago I marinated some chicken breast in a lime marinade with lemongrass, and then made a salad with turkey bacon bits and avacado and shredded cheese. It was delicious and had a bit of a citrus flavor. I like just plain grilled or bbq'ed chicken or whatever too but marinating is a good way to get variation. The other thing is a smoker. Its like a new flavor palet Here are some cornish hens I smoked.

    I killed 3 deer this year and processed them myself. Venison is leaner than beef and I can meat my protein #ers and satisfy my red meat cravings.

    I would also suggest fish, tuna, salmon, perch, walleye, crab, shrimp

    Peanuts are cheat mode if you’re bulking

    Hamburger meat is cheap, nutritious and is always tasty. Eggs are the best protein on the market. Whey protein is also really good especially if you are struggling to eat enough protein to hit your macros.

    Lean ground beef, turkey, less fatty cuts of steak, greek yogurt with granola, eggs.

    Especially fond of eggs since you can cook 'em up in so many ways, they handle a variety of seasonings well and pair or mix with most meats or cheeses.

    How do you do your chicken, OP? You can use different sauces and seasonings to spice things up. Or even pair with other things. Make oyakodon. It's tasty.

    92% Lean ground beef. It might be a little higher in calories, so make adjustments elsewhere in your diet to fit it in.

    >cook it into a Bolognese sauce and put it on pasta or into a lasagna with low fat cheese.
    >make them into hamburgers on whole wheat buns.
    >Add spices and make it into taco meat

    You can also try sirloin steaks. Again, they're a little higher in calories so make adjustments to stay under your threshold.

    If you're bulking just go nuts with Ribeye and 80/20 ground beef.
