Bros, please don't tell me this is what 90 days of lifting does as a natty. He literally looks like he took the picture on the same day in different lighting, keep in mind on the right he's also flexing + pumped + professional lighting + tanner. I'm not going to look like this after 90 days of bro splits right? R-right?

Uh yeah, getting muscles takes longer than 90 days.

No, you're going to look closer to day 0. If you're completely untrained it will take a least a year before you "look like you lift"

That makes zero sense, untrained as in never lifted weights or untrained as in not having a PT?

        Anonymous

Untrained means that you never consistently lifted weights for any significant amount of time. It could be never trained or it can be someone who only trained 2 weeks and then quit

You get most muscle gains in your first year of training though? What kind of backwards ass logic is this?

            Anonymous

Can you explain what are you talking about? I don't understand what is it that you find backwards. Yes, you get a large chunk of your gains in your first year (I don't know if most, but a very significant part of it for sure) and yes, someone untrained is someone who has never lifted for any meaningful amount of time (never trained or trained for less than a month and quit). Where is the contradiction?

That guy never trained before the 90 days, I have started training, why would I look closer to day 0 after 90 days if we compare the exact same time and body type (ignoring genetics)

                Anonymous

Because 90 days is not enough time to achieve significant gains. Let's say that after 90 days you are closer to the starting point than you are to the finish line. After 90 days your body is just starting to adapt and grow. You will look a bit more muscular but overall not too different from your starting point (unless you are fat and lose a lot of weight in that time). It simply isn't enough time to achieve significant progress, you will start noticing more progress around the 6 months mark and after a year of training you will look a lot more muscular than you did after 90 days of training.

There are natty people who are muscular tho, like everything in life I'm surrounded by morons who don't try and can't commit to anything. You think this mentality is only for fitness? "Oh that's just a rigged system, that's why I can't improve" "Oh I wasn't born to do good in school, that's why I don't study" "Oh my genetics are bad" blah blah blah. Almost every subset of IST is like this, 10% people who are competent in their hobby, then 90% of people who are dog shit and perma failures. I will surpass this DYEL homosexual and I will surpass all the salty DYEL roiders this place creates.

Looking good as a natty is all about genetics, it doesn't matter how hard you work. If you actually lifted you'd know this.

You're right I'm sorry, him at 90 days is actually the natty limit. Keep coping.

This is an amazing transformation for 90 days for someone who looks like they missed out on playing sports in high-school. If this guy works hard he will be hot in one year and look like a God in 3-5 years while living a long healthy life. Good for him. If this makes you consider roids, maybe stop scrolling instagram and having a fricked up standard of male beauty.

Why do people still fall for this shit? Of course if you're coached by several pros 24/7 in order to please some video making company, you'll get results fast. For anyone else who's a beginner and has a life it's one or two years minimum

That kind of three months transformation is easy, you just need to

Nah you won't look like that in 90 days. That is generally 1+ year of training for vast majority.
