      Stop eating carbs until in ketosis, then change most of fat intake for protein. I always eat until there is nothing on my plate or satiety.

    I have had six pack abs my whole life, along with defined obliques and serratus. The hard part came when I actually joined a gym and put 35lbs more on my body, separating the quads, peaking the biceps and rounding the shoulders

    I've always been skinny and had somewhat visible abs. I'm still skinny so a moderate amount of ab work is all I need to develop them.
