Benzos are extremely addictive, also they will make you black out. Something that happened to me multiple times was I take benzo, black out, buy more while blacked out, keep taking more while blacked out, and do really stupid and illegal stuff. From my perspective, I only remember taking the first dosage, then wake up 4 days later with absolutely no memory of anything that happened. Also the withdrawals were very bad

Benzos are not worth it. I was addicted to benzos for 7 years (mostly valium) and I'm now 3 years clean. The withdrawal was the hardest thing I've done in my life (I was psychotic and didn't sleep for 9 days). I'm lucky that I made a full recovery after years of abuse. Some people still have withdrawal symptoms years after quitting.

Withdrawals can take a few days to appear, especially on longer acting benzos like clonazepam or valium. I had been taking benzos sporadically for a year and never thought too much of it. Then I landed a job in a foreign country and didn't take my benzos with me (I had no prescription and didn't want any problems at the airport). On the 3rd night I felt really anxious and couldn't sleep. It was only then that I realised I must be suffereing benzo withdrawal. I had a couple of nights with no sleep at all. For the next 2 months after I was only able to sleep about 5 hours per night and I kept waking up in the middle of the night, compared to normally sleeping 8 hours per night uninterrupted. I also had constant anxiety. After those 2 months I went back on valium and was on them for another 6 years before finally quitting.

First off, you are addicted. When you start talking about drugs, rationalizing things, and trying to get people to acknowledge your drug use or give you an attaboy about if, you have a problem.

When you detox from benzos in rehab, they have to taper you down or else you can die. Same with alcohol.
Get help now. Stop taking them. Literally jerk off, eat fast food, get fat, be depressed, smoke cigarettes, and have your redemption arc already.

I used to treat anxiety with kp and Xanax for years Made my anxiety so much worse in the long run. Pretty much had seizures when I stopped. This shit is a crutch and I promise it doesn't help any more than treating your problems with alcohol on the long run.
Btw it might be a safe bet to test your pills for substances. I used to get alprazolam from silk road and cut it with fent.
