Woke up this morning with a bad bruise on my bicep. Was doing preacher curls yesterday and all my sets were extremely intense but it didn’t hurt or anything. Never had an issue training with high intensity for my biceps before.
This ever happen to any of you guys?
I assume it’s just from tearing my blood vessels, but i’d like to train with full intensity. Any way around this?

I'd get it checked because this could be a partial tear, which could turn into a full tear if you just ignore it. In the meanwhile you can train hammercurls and and triceps. Just get a informed opinion. A bicpes tear always looks bad and the repair almost always lead to nagging inuries later on.

looks like you squeezed your arm after when blood was rushed to area. give a week to rest and then return, but don't do that again.
i have a similar (darker) bruise on my knee after doing deadlifts and apparently it's normal
