Have any of you tried this guy's "blueprint"? He claims to age only like 0.6 years per year (slowed down aging) and scientist measured his body and it's supposedly like 20-30 years old even though he is in his 40s. He is projected to live to 200

Dr. Richard Miller from the ITP said they tested sulfurophane in mice but couldn't get it to work, i.e. there were no detectable levels in the blood. That's why broccoli sprout supplementation is useless and you should just rely on Astaxanthin which is the next best Nrf2 activator with actual median lifespan results in male mice.

              >"Vitamin A"
Divide the amount of "vitamin A" by 10 and you'll have a realistic estimate of Vitamin A you get from Beta-Carotene conversion. This is if you are not a person who cannot convert Beta-carotene into Vitamin A. So you're Vitamin A deficient.
              >Vitamin D
You're vitamin D deficient there. Vitamin D-2 is effectively zero vitamin D. The form of Vitamin D that is used by the human body is D3 which comes from animals or synthesized in the sun from cholesterol in skin cells. Most of the time the sun-converted Vitamin D, though it can be a good amount, is usually not enough requiring that you need it form the diet. So you're deficient in D3.
              >Vitamin K
The form of Vitamin K in that diet is MK7 which, unlike MK4 which comes from meat, has never been proven to be beneficial for human health. So you're vitamin K deficient.
              >Omega 3
Multiply that number by 0.15 due to the fact that ALA is converted to EPA or DHA at that rate. So you have a terrible Omega-3/omega 6 ratio. Even before conversion 1:10 as you have is terrible. You want Omega3:Omega 6 to be 1:1.
              >Fiber
Not a nutrient. It's at best a digestive aid.
              >B12
The active form in human beings in Methyl Cobalamin. From plants you can only get Cyanocobalamin. When Cyanbocobalamin is converted to methylcobalamin in the body, there is a large inefficiency in the conversion. At the same time CNcbl is less likely to be stored in the liver and more likely to be excreted in the Urine. So by default, you're B12 deficient. You're nowhere near what you need to come close to meeting your B12 needs with your diet.
              >0 cholesterol
Enjoy the negative side effects of Cholesterol deficiency like being unable to convert it into D3 like low testosterone, aggressive mood swings and behavior, depression, etc. BTW your body does not produce enough cholesterol on its own to meet your daily needs.

I can look at the SAD diet and see people dying of all manner of diseases. Then I can look at vegans and see that they cannot exist without heavy supplementation and when they go without it, they loose their muscle mass and start to show symptoms of various vitamin deficiencies, i.e. yellow skin, sunken eyes, inability to maintain muscle mass, etc.

Enjoy the negative side effects of Cholesterol deficiency like being unable to convert it into D3 like low testosterone, aggressive mood swings and behavior, depression, etc. BTW your body does not produce enough cholesterol on its own to meet your daily needs.

You should pay attention to those anecdotes. They're what you'll turn into as a vegan over a long time period.
                >I highly doubt you leave your house nonetheless actually find vegans in the real world
1-3% of the global population is vegan. That is at least 80 million people globally. 850,000 in Canada, about 6 million the US, 600,000 in the UK, etc. It's not as likely you'll see one. But there are many vegans, especially in heavily urbanized areas.
                >You're just watching YouTube videos of cherry picked dumbass vegans who eat like idiots and assuming thats what they all look like
Some of them are even fat.

this Black person just divided these countries populations by 100 thinking vegans are going to be spread evenly across the globe and not heavily weighted in Buddhist countries, hell 44% of hindus are vegetarians and we all know vegans bloat their numbers with them

Lol. That is what's known as "statistically insignificant."
                >serum levels
Yes. There is more K7 in the blood after supplementation. However that does not indicate it's used at all. It just means it's there in the bloodstream and hasn't been removed yet.

There's a thread about him on the rapamycin forum. They claim most of his procedures are bullshit and he could easily get the same effect with like $5000 a year.

He looks like a 60 year old women. What's the point of anti-aging if the stress provoked by it is aging you faster?

he looks like what happens when you put a make up base on a 40 year old man
I don't know why people think this is something else

Everybody in this thread seems to miss the point.
Stop focusing on how he looks in the face.
    - First of all, you don't know how he would have looked if he didn't follow this routine - maybe he would look 20 years older rather than "his age".
    - Second of all, he started the routine later in his life, so logically he would look older - he hasn't been following it since high school, so he won't be "stuck in looking like a teenager forever"
    - Third, the main point and why this is IST is that measured by scientists, his body shows health metrics of an 18 year old. Not related to the face, but related to organs, such as heart health etc. While he still looks old, he is healthy like a teenager.

nope, face is the canary in the coalmine for aging. Total sun exposure is so low among adults 40 and under it's almost not even a factor anymore.

This guy literally spends 2 million a year on the best scientist, researchers, and technology to fight aging and anons will try to claim its false because "it doesn't make sense" and his face doesn't look like he's still 20.

Also he isn't diabetic, The top anti aging researcher in the world David Sinclair found that Metformin is amazing at slowing down again. He also has said that he is vegan by choice and doesn't claim that being vegan is the answer for longevity unlike the vegan israelite that wrote "How not to die"

He's not selling anything either, just doing this stuff and putting the info out there, I'm curious to see what he is like in 40+ years

He is being scammed by "doctors". The same david Sinclair scammed investors for hundreds of millions and his b3 based antiaging drug turns out to be causing cancer. That metformin he was shilling is also terrible for the liver and shouldn't be used by people without any diabetes.
