    Literally the opposite, you can lose 10kg in a few months easily, there is no way you can put on that much muscle. You also build muscle slower as you go, but you can always lose fat as fast as before

    Just do 10 minutes of cardio everyday en keep gaining musce while mantaining your diet the same and you'll lose some weight
    not as much and as fast as if you'd just diet down but that's a start
