Building pain tolerance

I've recently been working a lot to build pain tolerance. A few of the things I've come up with and done so far
>Controlled burning
>Hand cuts, thigh cuts
>Whipping my back
>Punching myself
>Punching Brick walls
>Ice baths
>Shooting myself with a BB gun
>Hours with the A/C on high in the winter and the heater on in the summer
>Nail beds
Any other ideas anons? It's all essentially a psychological struggle, I'm hoping to become mentally impervious to low to mid level pain within a few years.

      >get your heart broken
This seems worthwhile actually, I never considered training social mental suffering.

Do not do this. Really, do not do this.
I don’t think it’s even really something that you can consciously make happen, but nevertheless do NOT do this.

You can pair bond only a handful of times at best before you lose the ability.

I wouldn't do this. I hit my toe a couple a weeks ago, it turned purple but the swelling went away after a couple of days. Now it's completely healed, but I barely have any feeling in it.

Pain tolerance is entirely mental. Physical pain is one arrow, but if you have an attachment to the pain i.e pain is bad or pain is good, then you get hit by two.

The way to nullify all physical pain is to have no attachment to this being you call "self". The body, the spirit, the mind are not yours and belong to the void, which all things spur.

This. Pain is just a signal from your body that something is wrong. You endure the pain by separating yourself from it. It's a dangerous path, since pain does protect you from physical damage, but it's technically the correct path to pain tolerance.

Try the "Thermal grill illusion" with more extreme temperatures. Report results.
Additionally electric shocks and self waterboarding.
    Fasting for long term pain.
    Don't inflict permanent damage, arthoe.

Just do cardio like a normal person. Alternatively, get something sorta heavy and hold it in an awkward position until your hand/forearm just goes numb from the pain.

Dad's beating are still gonna hurt because of the emotional damage they inflict. That being said, stretching. Really deep stretching hurts. It has the double effect of being a productive pain too.

I pulled my adductor doing this. Stretch to a reasonable degree of pain. Painless stretching is for the weak. But too much pain will make you weak.

There's no way to become "mentally impervious" to pain, but you can destroy your nerves so you don't feel it in certain spots, like those chinks who punch trees so they don't feel pain in their hands and slowly make their hands useless.
