the water, glycogen, nitrogen retention from mineral imbalances is indeed why you look like a soft water balloon. the deca is it. did you gain a ton of fat? not from the looks of things no, you probably gained some fat but id say a good 70% of that fluff is just water and bloat

okay so you are on anabolics, so am i, and when you go up in size you are not necessarily going to be able to hold onto new tissue without adding more androgens. the amount of androgens in your systems determines how much muscle tissue you can hold onto simple as. if your dose remained the same its possible there wasnt much room for growth, or like i said you rushed the bulk. deca is a good choice for bulk tho. i would suggest you stay at 200 for awhile and up the deca until the gains arrive.

It's ok to bulk during holiday period. In the end you have a big offer of food plus alcohol that it's hard to resist. Don't blame yourself. I did the same (and lifted) and gained 1,5 kilo in 15 days.
Now, gaining 15 kilos in about 1,5 months is not possible unless...

Re you issue: in my experience you need to carefully track and manage your cal economy during a bulk as overshooting is a real issue and the mental stress blowing up can be tough if you lack experience. So if you go from cut straight to bulk you likely gain a lot of water as more sodium binds more water. I have seen weight go up by 5kg in 3 days.
Anyways, worst thing you have to cut for 3 months and you be fine again. We live and learn anon
