i already avoid seed oils. so ive been trying to get clearer skin now; recently i just got some lotion and i never use lotion.

I don't know much about this fodmap business, but do you eat potatoes? fat free yogurt? eggs? peanut butter? turkey chili?

i dont eat potatoes, or yogurt, i like eggs, and i like turkey, but not chili. i eat beets, celery, aspargus, carrots, chicken tenderloins, chicken breasts.
Eat calorie dense foods. Get some fried food, eat sugar, all that kind of junky stuff. Make sure that's not all you eat, of course, but your body doesn't know the difference between a carb it got from candy and a carb it got from broccoli.
add some liquid food if you need to gain weight. Whole milk for example. Don't go crazy, just drink half a liter and you'll have around 350 extra calories.
Focusing just on weight is for women. You very well could be recomping your body, gaining lean mass while losing fat. If you are just trying to gain weight though then you need to simply eat more.
