        I'd recommend looking at foods on the vertical diet. They're selected specifically because they digest really easily so you can eat a shitload

          how the frick do u remember any of the vertical diet approved foods? basically, where do i start; if i want to avoid red meat, rice (i hate rice carbs), and fullfat-milk (ive been drinking lactose free milk, which is incidentally low fodmap which i just read the vertical diet wants; the vertical diet wants foods with low fodmap such as lactose free milk but then they want fat-full milk? wtf?)

                If you can't bulk with these foods my suggestion is to eat more meals, and drink water after you're full. You want to expand your stomach so you can shovel more food inside.

                i dont eat potatoes, or yogurt, i like eggs, and i like turkey, but not chili. i eat beets, celery, aspargus, carrots, chicken tenderloins, chicken breasts.

        Eat calorie dense foods. Get some fried food, eat sugar, all that kind of junky stuff. Make sure that's not all you eat, of course, but your body doesn't know the difference between a carb it got from candy and a carb it got from broccoli.

        add some liquid food if you need to gain weight. Whole milk for example. Don't go crazy, just drink half a liter and you'll have around 350 extra calories.

    Focusing just on weight is for women. You very well could be recomping your body, gaining lean mass while losing fat. If you are just trying to gain weight though then you need to simply eat more.
