None of these things are real you pathetic zoomer. They're real in the sense that you're experiencing feelings of depression, lack of focus, etc, but they're not legitimate mental disorders. Your generation has done far more damage than good trying to "legitimize" these made up conditions. All it's accomplished is putting millions of teenagers on copious amounts of stims and SSRIs and probably sterilizing half of your generation in the process. Big Pharma has won.
Find a constructive hobby, preferably something physical like lifting, and use that to occupy your time. No, video games are not a constructive hobby. Start eating a better diet. Incorporate cardio to get your blood flowing. Uninstall all social media from your phone and delete all of your accounts in the process. The rise of shit like depression and ADHD is 100% due to the world morphing into the current modern hellscape that obliterated how human beings are supposed to live. Every aspect of life is designed to irradiate our brains with constant stimulation and psychologically manipulate us into consuming. We're all scared rats in their cage, but you don't have to participate in the experiment. Once you find a real purpose in life it's so easy to block all this shit out, and once you do that I guarantee you'll see noticeable improvements to your mental condition.

Logged into Instagram for the first time in ~4 years the other day. How does anyone still use this app? The "discover" page is all ads. Not just ads for promoted accounts, but literal ads for products that link you to some sort of store page. The main feed is full of "suggested posts", which 9/10 times are just ads. Between those posts are literal paid advertisement popups. Then on top of this any account with over 1,000 followers is being paid by a handful of shady companies to promote their products. Using Instagram feels like trying to read some shitty magazine with advertisements on 80% of its pages, but the other 20% are also advertisements posing as articles. I just wanted to look at pictures from my best friend's wedding ffs
>can't concentrate on things you don't enjoy >somehow a good thing
Doing things you don't enjoy is of a good half of a grown up man's life, you absolute manchild
More like “I need to pick up these clothes” then walk away and completely forget about it for five hours because you looked away when you went to the bathroom or did something then repeat for a week until you finally pick them up. I have to sometimes rewash clothes three times because I forget I put them in there then realize three days later I put a load in the washer and they smell weird so I put it on another cycle and completely forget again and again even when I walk past or have a split second thought of having a load in the washer but then think about something else
idk, I thought it was bullshit till I hit my head, then I started having the same symptoms as "ADD" people get, walk into a room to do dishes, forget why I was there, look into the fridge, get a drink, go back to room, forgot what I was doing before I got up, realize I had to do dishes, notice I left some clothes on the floor, forget what I was doing, do something else. Literally before head injury, no problem, now its just stuck like that, but when I take a bunch of caffeine suddenly I'm almost back to normal pre injury. Not too hard to imagine people with ADD have simulated brain damage cuz improper development, kinda like how everyone has the ability to hallucinate and gets active during sleeping, but schizos get them while awake cuz of some receptor bullshit
People "diagnosed" with ADHD, depression and anxiety have never gotten their "chemical imbalances" measured at all, they get given the pills and told not to question anything else
Not really, unless you have mass amounts of brain decay like brain cheese or a tumor, mris can't really pick up on brain damage unless its real substantial shit. Even with contrast its kinda a crap shoot unless you've been impaled through the head or have alzheimers.
t.used to play hockey, now moronic
oh yeah, diagnosis of an mri changes based on the background history you give them too, difference between "you have brain cancer" and "everythings fine here" sometimes, if your doc doesnt give them your history, they can't diagnose you, again, real crapshoot. Literally can't diagnose a concussion with an MRI, its mostly based on symptoms still. All they can tell is if you have brain bleeding immedietly after, so if you get the mri months after the fact when you realize you can't think for shit, well again, crap shoot.
Is it really that hard? >motivated to work out >able to concentrate on working out for hours >tons of energy >stimulates hunger
Never took adderal, but I can get it prescribed. Its gotta be like caffeine on roids and caffeine does all that for me at a small level. Before I started drinking coffee I just didn't eat, basically almost starved from low bmi.
i did cardio on addie once and thought i was gunna frickign die.
Did you post a thread about it like 2 or 3 days ago
heh
How do you guys deal with stim dick?
never had that issue, you might be low test
Nah, it's definitely a real thing, moron.
Are psychotropic drugs as bad as IST says they are?
No matter how bad they are, it can't be any worse than the current hell that is my ADHD/anxiety/depression-ridden brain
I was at the same position as you, give it a try anon if you have failed in everything else. Worked like fricking magic for me.
They work, that's all I know
4chuds can't stand the idea of something helping you to your life together
No its essentially a microdose which basically increases dopamine reuptake to levels of that which neurotypicals typically have.
You know somethings fricky with your brain when you take amphetamines and they CALM YOU DOWN.
Diagnosed last year.

DRUGCELS SEETHING OVER SOBERCHADS
>Adhd meds
literally the only mental disorder that you can fix by lifting and you moron just keep consuming the goypills
>adhd
Literally doesn't exist, you can't concentrate on things that you don't enjoy and so you were diagnosed and are now hooked on speed
>can't concentrate on things you don't enjoy
>somehow a good thing

Dubs for the speed addicts
Tell me you don't know what ADHD is without telling me you don't know what ADHD is.

Just meditate bro, maybe if you tried a little harder in school you could focus, take some herbal remidies for focus bro, have you tried maca?
I've pracriced meditation for 20 years and while it helps, its nothing compared to the medication.
Meditation cannot correct the physical differences in the adhd brain.
>adhd brain
Wow I would love to see the scans you went through when you were prescribed the speed anon

Actual brain damage can be measured
People "diagnosed" with ADHD, depression and anxiety have never gotten their "chemical imbalances" measured at all, they get given the pills and told not to question anything else

i just want the speed prescription dude
"Try harder" is the worst thing you can say to an adhder. We're already maxxed out trying to do the bare minimum.
Trying harder doesn't suddenly correct the dysfunction in our neurotransmitters. It's not a question of willpower, it's a literal brain dysfunction.
Stop taking them then
Is it really that hard?

Just don’t take adhd meds. Worked for me.
How do you tell a doctor you have ADHD? I'm not sure how to phrase it
"I have ADHD"
or
"I think I have ADHD"
That's so weird
ADHD is not real.
As we've stopped beating our kids, ADHD has """suddenly""" emerged out of nowhere.
moron, hitting kids fricks them up
Conservative Gentle parenting is the best way to parent
Beating your kids makes them gay.
listen to
I was beat and developed a fetish for being submissive to strong men now.
>zoomers and their ADHD threads again
you cannot say that adhd does not exist if you dont have it
