Burpees

Burpees seem like such a great exercise, but they feel awkward to me. The transition from squat to push-up is the worst part. I always lose my balance. Any tips?

    Burpees are a shit exercise. All momentum, little to no muscle strength required. It's just an excessively complicated form of cardio. If you want to train your arms with your body weight, dips, pushups, and pullups are what you want. If you want cardio, you're better off jogging, going for a walk if you can't handle a lot of cardio, riding a bike, or something else that's not needlessly complex for no benefits.

    Practice. If you are losing your balance doing burpees then your balance is atrocious and needs work.
