    I agree that you need little more than a good calisthenics routine to look good (by regular standards, not roiding 16 yr old tik tok standards) but thats pretty much where it ends

        getting super ripped with calisthenics will take a few years, not 20 but still a while
        calisthenics are nice tho bc u can gauge your progress with tricks instead and you can get those a lot faster, like in the span of months rather than years

        You have to keep in mind that most calisthenics practitioners are poorfags, and as such they probably aren't eating properly. If you bulk intelligently, you can gain some decent mass from calisthenics.

    I have a punching bag, a balcony and a tree to do pull-ups off of, battle ropes and a jumprope. The mental resistance towards calisthenics training was pretty strong until I just started forcing myself to do it every day, so I'm hoping I'll be able to get big eventually

    I've been watching this guy occasionally for awhile. His super fucking autistic and the whole "JUST PULL UP, ROW WASTE OF TIME" shit is complete trash for beginner to intermediate level. Yea, when you're extremely developed maybe just pull ups is enough but no fucking way 0 rowing. He did influence me to do sets of pull/chin ups twice a week though, and my back gainz did grow a lot
