Which cardio is better for glute growth? High resistance exercise bike or stair master?
I miss how defined my butt was a few years ago when I was biking to work (not currently doable, hopefully it will be again someday soon). I mostly focus on lifting at the gym, squat DL BP and OHP (just hit 70lbs, so proud!) but do some cardio to keep well rounded.
In the end I figure it doesn’t matter too much, and unless you ladies have strong feelings, will probably just keep switching back and forth depending on my mood 🙂
