post body
You look good what the heck
>no rear or side delts
You have a good base but those muscles not being developed guarantee you look like shit in a tshirt
I simply can't make them graw, i tried everything
>Heavy dumbel press
Didn't work, only work my front delt
>Lateral raises
Heavy or with a bit less weight, nothing seem to do anything
>Rear lateral raise
I can't even feel my shoulders
Rear lats
>Across body cable pulls
Side delts
>Egyptian lateral raises until failure
I'm in a home gym so infortunatly i don't have any kind of machines, cables etc, i'm sure that doing some machines for my back and shoulder would be greatly beneficial but i don't want to go to a gym
Try upright rows
You have body dysmorphia and lifting, forever small and weak. You look good tho. Could trying surfing the rack for delts tho
youre missing every other muscle. pullups are great for arms, lats and parts of the back but you also need to train chest, shoulers, legs and core if you want to be more well rounded.
>T 20+ pullups gang
looking good bro just keep getting stronger at pullups. yagmi
Something is wrong with your rib cage. Learn breathing and bracing and develop your core.
Did you forget that pull-ups are accessories to the big 5 ?
ok? do less calisthenics, lift heavier weights, and eat more. this shit isn't rocket science.
>op became obese and could hardly do 2 pull ups later of months
? Thats literally the worst advice you could give. He needs to lift LIGHTER, not heavier. If he wants to look like a bodybuilder you need to train like a bodybuilder (and preferrably take roids but yeah). Start doing t-bar rows, cable rows, lat pulldowns, add plenty of volume and frequency, lift lighter and do 3 setx 8-12 reps, progressive overload, evolving rep ranges. Add tons of hammer curls, ez-bar curls, spider curls, tricep extensions, skullcrushers, lat raises, etc. You need show muscles to look like you lift.
>He needs to lift LIGHTER, not heavier
Not op but wtf
I'm 65kg and do heavy lifts (I guess?) for my weight (I ohp my body weight). I'm dyel like op, you'd suggest lower weights?
He's dumb as shit. Bodybuilders casually incline press 4pl8. You need to do weight you can control though. And it doesnt matter if you ohp your bodyweight when you're 50lbs underweight.
Dudes clearly like 17 feet tall. Don't post if you can't tell what a man looks like by looking at him.
Skinny manlets and being good at bodyweight exercises, name a more iconic duo
I'm 6'3
I'm only good at the pull/chin up, i can't do any kind of heavy weighted dips without having my shoulder screaming for help
Why are you mad though? This probably the only thing in life we seem to be winning
t. skinny manlet
maybe do something else besides pull ups
Rookie numbers, I can do 23x pull ups and weighted pulls/chins x8 +40kg and also look like a dyel
Yeah, you're skinny... pull-ups are supposed to be easy when youre skinny... same with push-ups.
