BED is becoming more and more common. Hell, even I have it. I stay in a calorie deficit to control it

Caring about single day changes is dumb. Yes, a brownie could've caused you to stay the same weight as the day prior.

This isn't because it erased your deficit (unless your deficit was exactly one brownie). It could be it's sitting your digestive tract and you need to take a good shit. It could be you're generally lower carb and now that you've refed some carb you are retaining a little water.

Track trends over weeks, caring about day to day is a good way to meme yourself into an eating disorder.

      >meme yourself into an eating disorder.
Yes. I want an eating disorder so that I never gain weight again

      > Yes, a brownie could've caused you to stay the same weight as the day prior.
Then I shall eat less to compensate today. Thank you.

Don't weigh yourself every day weight fluctuates a lot for a variety of reasons
Weigh yourself like once a week, and pay more attention to the mirror and how you feel than the number on the scale because plateaus can last a while then suddenly you're shedding water and down 7lbs in a week

    1. Overestimate calorie counts for hard to quantify items
    2. Log everything
    3. As long as you maintain a calorie deficit for a long period, you will lose weight.
    4. You can lose weight on McDonalds

What's up bro, good progress still. Keep at it. Don't worry if you stay the same or even go up on the scale for a day. You weight will fluctuate daily.

Trust me when I say to not hyperfocus on your daily number. It's exciting to see it go down when you first start, I know. But it will slow down and fluctuate, and I don't want you to be discouraged.

          They do care.

          They want you fat
          They want you unhealthy
          They want you complacent

It's why the department of health developed their food pyrimd

It's why the the FDA allows so much salt sugar and cornsyrup into foods that don't require it.

If you think government wants a healthy and strong society you're a child who thinks the feds are "here to help"

They help themselves and it's easier to do that when your a lardass. Otherwise our countries population wouldn't get fatter year over year.

Your a fricking moron if you are measuring daily.

    Weekly and that's it. Frickwit.

Your body literally bounces around 10lbs up and down based solely on water retention. Did you eat a lot of salt? Did you drink more water than usual? Did you eat more carbs recently and your body hasn't used the free sugar?

Like how fricking autistic are you that you are checking your weight daily and expect to see a CONSTANT downward line.

Shits like the stockmarket it bounces up and down every day. It's the long term trends that you need to measure.

Measure once a week and stop being an anxious homosexual.

In experimenting with ingredients that stall my fat loss, I noticed that grains and seed oils have an immediate effect. Sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, dairy and some chocolate chips/bars do not have an immediate effect. If also true for you, then switch to fudge made without grains or seed oils.

Yes because carbs stored with 3 grams of water per gram of glycogen. No you should not worry. Water isn’t weight that matters
