For once, yes but only if you're not starting as a gigafat.

If you mean generic ottermode then yes. If you ACTUALLY want to look like that 1-to-1 the answer is still yes but your shit has to be on point and even the you might be a poor responder and fall short. 2-3 years is a more realistic goal.

Because losing the weight alone will take you up to a full year. Pic rel is the best possible scenario for a fatty.

          Um... Ok.

I said *up* to a full year and wasn't referring to that anon specifically but a 'gigafat' (at least 100 lbs WL overweight). And yes, if you go full auschwitz you can do it in 4-6 months but at the cost of looking like a deflated flesh zeppelin afterwards.

great genes, no stretchmarks or loose skin. Grats.

That's not me. I lost the same amount @ 6'2 but loose skin fricked me over. I'm 180lbs right now but need to drop another 10lbs to get a flat tummy.

Pumice stone is your friend. Not just for foot calluses. Started doing total body abrasion during showers with a pumice stone & my skin has been firming up nicely. Still stretch marks, but not nearly as saggy. You gotta do it till you're pink tho. Remember, the skin responds to progressive overload principles too, just need the right stimulus.

Almost forgot, you HAVE to moisturize post shower if you do this. Reccomend mineral oil.

Isn't that what microneedling / derma rolling is for? I have Fast Orange in my bathroom to exfoliate

                Anonymous

Microneedling damages the skin & can have nightmare consequences for some. Dermarolling did absolutely nothing for me, literally just rolling a small bumpy surface on your skin. Pumice stone has worked way better for me & I can see the effect as I go, you will see all the dead skin in your bath water & your skin will feel more taught after just 1 shower if you do it right. Plus it just blends better into my hygiene routine. You soap up, scrub down, rinse, moisturize. I don't like having to do a whole other fricking process when all you really need to do is scrape the old skin off.

                >You gotta do it till you're pink tho.
This sounds kind of drastic but I'll give it a try without going that hard. I basically don't exfoliate at all other than scrubbing my pits and neck with a luffa.

"Can I get this physique" posts are always stupid.

          Let me explain:
Everyone has different frames and insertions/muscle bellies, someone can have alot of muscle and be lean and still look worse than a way less muscular person simply due to frame/insertions. (Prime example is someone like Natural hypertrophy, 6ft tall 200 pounds while having visible abs which is an insane amount of muscle on a 6ft frame naturally. But he still looks bad because of his wide waist and flat insertions).

It's also the reason black people look really fricking jacked until you find out they weigh 160 lbs soaking wet. They evolved in hot climates where round insertions radiate more heat due to more surface area + they have narrow frames with thin waists which excentuates that V-Taper

The question should be "Can I achieve this level of muscle mass and leanness in X time"

The answer to your question here is a yes unless you're a fat frick that's 220+ pounds.

If you have an average skinnyfat/slightly chubby build all you need is a 3-4 months of cutting followed by maingaining/slowly leanbulking, you should be able to achieve this physique.

All while training hard, eating protein and getting adequate sleep time.

          Best of luck moron.

          >2-3 years

Lol no, unless you're a complete dumbass that messes up everything or you genuinely have bottom of the barrel genetics 2-3 year won't be the "realistic choice", it'll be the "worst case scenario with massive time gaps and injuries/poor diet and training thrown in"

            Anonymous

Nta but most people frick up at the beginning.
2 years is more realistic, especially when it comes to losing fat. I've known people who took 3 months to lose 7lbs.
When I first started it took me a year to lose 30lbs.
Now I can do that in half the time

You're seriously underestimating how lean OP's pic is. That's leaner than Fight Club Pitt with 15 lbs of upper body lean mass on top to boot.

              Mf I can't estimate that's a drawing.

If I had to guess I'd say like 10~ish % which is sustainable for a few months at most before shit becomes unbearable to maintain.

That's the thing with low body fat %, they look insane especially with a pump and they're physiologically easy to achieve, the real difficulty is the mental strength required to diet.

That being said they're almost impossible to maintain for long periods of time.

The calisthenicscel I train with are lean year-round. They train 3 hours per day w/o fault and get to eat whatever the frick. It's not feasible for your average schmuck but definitely 'possible'.

Get good at pushups chin-ups and crunches and do them at LEAST 3x week. Do some form of cardio every day. I would personally add some form of leg work too, but it's not necessary for that physique.

This is what I have programmed for me. I've been told to reduce the cardio and simplify the 2nd portion (post 1/2/3/4) but I'm confident this should turn out okay.

ngl, this isn't really a good physique. you'd look emaciated irl. now that physique with additional muscle is good cuz then you're just extremely lean & strong.
    >calisthenics
i always thought calisthenics were cool until I saw I manlet dyel doing muscle ups & I realized that it was all stupid as frick unless you're doing one arm handstands or some shit that only .1% of calisthenics ppl can do

I'm still calisthenicsmaxxing because it's fun and very social but whew lad. 90% of this shit is just circus tricks. Only chinups and pullups are worth adding to your routune if you wanna get big.

Shit's cash for social settings and possibly unconventional programming (especially weighted), but it ain't for muscle mass / strength. It probably has more value in developing endurance and connective tissue strength

All the cali guys I train with look great and would mog 99% of /cbt/ let alone IST, but it's obvious that you can achieve some arbitrary goal like the muscle up or front lever and still look DYEL.

I have a very similar fizeek. Just looks like a standard lean calisthenics guy, OP. You can unironically achieve that build with power/strength focused yoga. See pic related

Similar physique, just calisthenics the first year and a half, weighted since then. Achieving it in a year is possible but only if you're disciplined and eat right (which I didn't do).

sometimes people frick up their training timeline with periods of complacency or life events, like Anon even admits to. The OP physique is attainable in 1 year with calisthenics alone and Anon mogs that physique hard imo.

Anon has a nice physique but definitely not better than OP's pic, that dude is lean as frick with the same amount of muscle mass.

OP could probably get there by cutting 5 or more pounds

Yes but you don't have the discipline to eat in such a caloric deficit while you do it, otherwise you'd have done it by now
