Sorry OP but im gonna ignore your lust provoking pic and answer your question: I think its possible but it'll just depend on the shape your chest has genetically, if it has a good shape you'll develop it with bench and it'll look good, upper might be underdevelopped but most ppl wont be able to tell so it'll look good.

My shoulder clicks whenever I try to do incline press (dumbbell or barbell) . What to do?
Anon from the first 2 pics here, my shoulders hurt when I do incline past 45 degrees too, so I just stick to very slight inclines, and usually hurts less with dumbells than barbell for me, so you can try reducing the inclination.
Without seeing your form cant think of much else, aside from maybe flaring your elbows out too much, so you can try tucking them in, 45 degrees or so.

I am going to say yes. But really, it all comes down to genetics. My pecs grow really well, even though Im not that strong. Its one of my better body parts. All I do is barbell bench. If I tried to do anything else it would literally look stupid. But thats my geentics.
I do think, hpowever, that just flat bench and if you feel like you need to, inclines, are enough. All the flying and cable shit seems unnecessary and counterproductive.
