1. Water only for 24 hours.
2. Take blood sugar reading.
3. Slam a cold and delicious DC
4. Wait 30 minutes and take glucose reading again
If it spikes, then no, sorry. If it doesn’t then you’re in luck! It’s different for different people. Mine is spiked very minimally, about 5 points after consumption, so I’ll still have one, but only one. Testing it for yourself is the only way you can know for sure.
