Short answer no, long answer you can go for years with no actual health issues despite poor diet but it's going to catch up eventually. There are morbidly obese 20 year olds out there that have perfect bloodwork, but it's not going to last if they keep it up to old age.
Adequate calorie intake that leads to proper body weight is only one aspect of health. That's like asking if eating an apple covered in shit is still healthy.

Well assuming your RMR is 2000 calories, then yes. Everyone talking about macros is a brainlet. Yes it’s better to be nutritious but either way you simply cannot break the laws of thermodynamics.
The problem with this is that the oil the fries are cooked with is unhealthy (PUFA), or better yet frying in general just adds so much calories from the oil its not worth considering even if you use a healthy alternative like olive oil/animal fat.
Just get an air fryer or make baked wedges with very little oil if you really want potatoes.
The meat and the bread are fine. The ketchup shouldn't be a problem as you add so little it doesn't really matter.
