yeah it's possible. Salty water through the day so you don't get dizzy. Not a long term thing of course, bump up to 1500cal and keep working out. Really you should be thinking long term not just short term, but it's nice to have the 1000cal experience so you can really pick the best nutrition per calorie available to you and learn how much energy your body actually needs.
really wouldn't mind if you expanded on that. I work a lot besides just finishing a hard cut, but felt intuitively to bump my calories up a bit even though I felt fine @ 1000-1200/day. Still losing weight quickly but prefer a better long term solution. All that said, my calories included zero junk, it's all whole food and extremely filling, will that still frick my metabolism. I eat like 1.5lbs of greens along with eggs, nuts and other natural foods.
if you can stay satiated then it's whatever, but as someone who also cut pretty fast i would have much prefered to do it more slowly, so when you get off the cut and just want to maintain or whatever your TDEE will be higher
No, if you crash diet you’ll lose a ton of muscle mass along with the fat. So you’ll be skinnyfat, just even smaller skinnyfat.
Stop looking for shortcuts and just do it right. 500kcal deficit, 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight until you get to 10-12% bodyfat.
You're better off eating 1,800 calories a day and lifting. Just my opinion. Get adjusted and then add in some fats. The body will start going insane psychologically if you're eating a junk food surplus then just leap into a fast.
I'm at intermediate level and have fasted with daily weight training, but that was after awhile of serious training and dieting.

It feels like dying. I shouldn't have done it
Awesome. Among other things, cleared up a stomach issue and brain fog.
do a slow cut, if you cut like that your metabolism will lower like crazy

oh my goodness what a fat tub of shit
You aren't going to lose weight quickly simply by eating less, especially not within a month.
He's right. You will lose weight quickly by eating nothing for a month though.
you will end up even more skinnyfat
skinny fat is just too much carbs, too little protein, too little weights. frick off.
