Yes you can. Put your legs up on a chair and put both your hand son a staple of books or something so that you can go really low on your push ups and get a nice stretch. Fast going up, slow going down. You'll get a really nice pump like that.
related question but is there an equivalent replacement to bench press?
i can't for the life of me get the arch right and i end up putting pressure on my lower back and i think i'm gonna end up snapping my shit
No if you know what you are doing, why would you even think that, original press exercise was floor press, while laying flat
watch some videos how to do these exercises properly and push with your chest not your shoulders
big bottles of water
duffle bag filled with stuff to add weight
furniture in general
staircase ledge
door frames
park gyms or if there are not present playgrounds - plenty of metal bars, just go at night to not bother kids and their parents that would be weird haha
chopping wood, carrying wood
dyels have no imagination, any excuse is good enough to not work out
there are even monks exercises, you don't have to leave your room, only square feetxfeet is needed for you to sit or stand on the floor inb4 >I have no floor
Pushups, diamond pushups, pike pushups, and if possible, dips. This is definitely better than nothing.

Kinda like this, but you don't have to put your legs that high.
This followed by diamond pushups completely smokes my chest, delts, and triceps
Probably, as long as you do more than standard pushups. If you do different types to work different parts of the chest, you can get a decent workout.
Max Scoop-pushups drop to regular push-ups, drop to knee pushups onto your next muscle group.
Between pushups or nothing, absolutely pushups

the real question is how do you do a pull workout with no equipment
it's literally impossible
Depends on what you mean by equipment. You can do pull-ups on things that aren't specifically built to do pull-ups on.
I do a pulling exercise thats similar to the shake weight but its a body weight exercise. Always feel really sleepy after though.
tree branch, unless fat
oh yeah let me just do some pull ups from my fricking tree
I've got a couple in the living room
big bottles of water
duffle bag filled with stuff to add weight
furniture in general
staircase ledge
door frames

I have no floor
And I must heave
Go to a kids play ground and hope they have monkey bars high enough for you
t. alphadestiny
>supermans
idk how the frick you progress those, but they work the back so it's better than nothing.
>Inverted rows
This but with a table
think about stuff like a reverse plank
lay on your back and work towards picking yourself up into an arch while your back is facing the ground
pike push ups and handstand work your back and shoulders
rolling
frick yeah
lets go
